How does that tea taste ?
Today was hot water with beef gelatin collagen with Manuka honey.
Smoothie of blueberries, banana, maca powder, Greek yogurt , soy milk and honey.
Egg whites omelet with Turkey bacon and plantains.
Dinner is chicken breast and rice and veggies.
So far today:
2 cups coffee, 5 tablespoons caramel macchiato creamer, cup of green tea with tablespoon raw honey.
3 large asparagus spears and 2 cups of power greens lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 2 ounces of canned wild pink salmon, and half large avocado.
cup of tangerine positive energy tea with tablespoon of raw honey, 40 ounces water.
Lunch: 2 ounces of whole grain spaghetti with parmesan pasta sauce, 20 ounces of water.
Also have had 2 cups of green tea with raw honey.
Buttermilk pancakes, sausage, coffee, a burger, and french fries, with water all day. I don't care about dieting right now.

I love it when you order a pizza and the pepperonis are cooked just right and form little cup shapes and the edges are crispy and the cheese is kinda toasted. Sooo good!!!
Haha, it was like that last night. A guy I used to spend a lot of time with came over to watch a movie. We are both into fitness and he was like "I'm hungry." I said "I can make a super healthy lean meal." He said "No way, let's get pizza!"
Anyway, the pizza was sooooo damn good and the pepperonis were just like that. It's good to be bad sometimes.

I'm well thanks. I plan to start eating right this week. I'm not putting on a lot of weight, but I want to increase my energy level. I'm hoping my doctor will clear me to start exercising again too.
Breakfast: cup of coffee with caramel macchiato creamer, cup of green tea, 40 ounces of water, and a banana.
Lunch: 4 spears thin asparagus, 2 cups power greens, half large avocado, and an egg all lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil plus 20 ounces of water oh and a cup of green tea with raw honey.

I need to get back on my healthy game, for a whole week all I ate was girl scout cookies and pistachios and I can feel it.
I haven't eaten yet today, but yesterday I had two bananas, and a mango for breakfast, tofu scramble with hashbrowns and veggie sausage AND veggie bacon for lunch, and beans and rice and tortillas and salsa from a Mexican place for dinner.

2 ounces whole grain pasta, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, & pink Himalayan salt plus 20 ounces water, cup of green tea with raw honey.
20 ounces water, glass of red wine.
I hardly had an appetite today until after my cam shift:

A protein shake, a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 bowls of chicken lemon rice soup, a cheesestick, cashews, pineapple slices, a piece of baked salmon, a pizza calzone and brownies. I can't seem to stay full today. Pms cravings, I guess. It's ok because once hell week arrives I'll be too nauseated to eat for a few days.
