ugh, cake.
I tried to have a healthy breakfast, eggs and fresh vegs, but my stomach hurt for some reason, so I just ate good chunk of a chocolate cake and had energy drink. And the pains stopped. So weird!

Cucumber and avocado sushi with a side of cauliflower soup at Hoe Foods for lunch.

It was from Trader Joes. Today I actually cooked baked chicken , potatoes with rice and veggies. I used this middle eastern seasoning from Trader Joe's.
Oatmeal, some leftover Stroganoff and banannas.
I need this thread in my life. I had 3 scrambled eggs with feta cheese, protein shake for breakfast. shredded wheats with whole milk and pbj for lunch and 4 for 4 from Wendys. It was a bad day :0

I am back to calorie counting for a couple of months and shook off the dust of the Myfitnesspal app and I planned my meals for today:
- ham& cheese omelette, with hummus and pickles wrap
- baked chicken tenders with rice and veggies with pickles
- pumpkin pie
- coffee with oat milk and honey
You should of seen me a week ago lol. Today I ate the same.
