Beef stroganoff, coffee with creamer and cookiessssss
I think gluten free bread and pasta makes a difference. I have eaten it for years but one of my friends said it makes a difference.
For me when I really wAnt to lose weight I food combine. So don't mix proteins and carbs. I need to start doing again it really gets your stomach flatter.
I suck at counting calories, so I will get back to intermittent fasting 20:4, because I am super sedentary pushing 12 hours on cam, so I don't need much food.
-1 big solid meal (Meat and veggies... trying to eat less carbs too)
-1 huge smoothie (Probably fruits, salad, nuts, will add some protein powder eventually...).
I am doing dirty fasting tho, because these long hours on cam suck and I need my coffee with honey and oat milk and my cappucino. Fuck it.
What's dirty fasting?
I also do the intermittent..
Anyway had 2 beef tamales, (TJ's), now left over goat cheese/spinach pizza.
Had a few minty mallows before
I ate a bowl full of tears. LOL. yucky!
...The power bowl tasted like shit bahaha. I hate trying to be healthy then looking in the fridge and regretting it. :P
Banana smoothie
Chicken thigh with cucumber and hummus.
Small cheese cake slice and some chips.
Im going to do veggie stir fry and rice.
Dirty fasting means that you consume something very low calorie (like 50-100) during your fasting hours, such as swetened coffee with milk, a can of soda, a slice of ham, tea with honey, etc. It's often used by those (like me) who want to use Intermittent Fasting only as a way to restrict eating hours, to stop snacking and eating too much. I personally am not feeling capable enough to not consume anything but water/ plain coffee during fasting hours. I work too long hours to not get nuts lol.
At some point I do want to evolve into clean fasting, because it's beneficial for our body cells, brain, etc. But I like to take things one step at a time.
I haven't ate yet, I got 5 hours left till my eating window starts. Today:
- Coffee with honey and oat milk x 2. Yep, 12 hours on cam requires 2 coffees :))
- A big banana and avocado smoothie
- For later, I didn't get to prepare anything so I will order something healthy, probably fish and veggies
- Probably some desert after the main meal (some LOACKER waffers. Damn, gonna die with them, they are the best)
I went out for dinner with my two clients which had their post show meal(usually a big meal after long time dieting!), had this wonderful petite fillet steak! It was great! However, I needed to be careful since I'm going on stage on Sunday..
Lol my brother does that ,he orders like a 32 oz filet and all the appetizers with drinks, it’s rediculous how much he can eat after dieting like that!

In the past 4 days I only had oatmeal porridge with dried fruits and nuts. Meal prepped. Today I made a new batch of 4 servings.
Seems to keep me really full and I have been using 2 tsp (for 4 servings) of a mix of chia and flax seeds+ other seeds and it seems to help my digestion real well. I literally poopz twice a day now, thanks to it!!
I also add a banana or a mandarine next to it. So yeah, pretty much my breakfast this week.
I like the porridge hot during winter, so once I am done with the current oats that I have around the house (I think 4-6 more servings), I will buy some instant porridge cups. You just need to add hot water and that's it. I really dislike to eat something cold, from the fridge, especially when I wake up every day at 3:30 AM.
Probably not gonna be as healthy as steel cut oats, but those take forever to boil and the only way I eat them when I am running short on time, is to meal prep and keep in the fridge.
Also, I had meal prepped rice, baked veggies and some meat (chicken or pork).
Today it's over, so I will probably order something. Healthy anyway and same shit I have been eating lately: meat+ bit of carbs+ veggies+ salad.
PS: I learned a good secret on how to keep the food fresh when meal prepping. Whoever ate leftovers, older than 2 days, knew the horrible taste meat starts to have.
So now, I put everything in the 1 serving containers while it's hot and put the lid on immediately. And not open it until I eat it. Being hot, kills all the bacteria inside and also creates some vaccuum effect, so if the container isn't opened until the eating moment, to be warmed up, the food will taste as it's been made now.
I am not putting food anymore in one big container and take from there. Opening the lid all the time, lets air inside and the food starts to spoil faster and modify the taste.
I discovered this after I ordered some 4 days worth of food from a restaurant (they were running a 50% sale and it was too good to miss). All the servings were in containers and had some plastic seal over. It was all hot when it was delivered so i obviously opened each container when i had to eat and I was surprised to find that, after 4 days, the chicken tasted like it was made in that day.
Another good trick is freezing the meals, but my freezer isn't big enough. When I'll move at the country side I will buy a huge freezer, with drawers and will have tons of 1 serving containers with meals all prepped. It's nice to heat it and taste like you just made it! :O:O:O
