Breakfast: 2 pieces of whole grain toast with turkey & a lil bit of sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup cran/pom juice, black coffee
Lunch: 2 pieces of the same bread with leftover baked tilapia, a shit-ton of lettuce & baby spinach, tomato, avocado & a smidge of mayo ('twas yummy)
Dinner: A piece and 1/2 of Margherita pizza (that took restraint, y'all)
about 5,000 ounces of H2O
...aaaand... NOT ONE BEER!

Was craving chicken Parmesan today, thank-god they don't have it at the takeout places here, made a salad instead with black Spanish olives lettuce radish, vine tomato, and had some tortilla chips with it.
filled me up but Im still craving cheesey chicken.
Also had a gf gingerbread man with green tea .

Breakfast 4 croissants with coffee and milk. 2 pm sandwich with salami/cheese/lettuce pomelo. 5 pm pasta with cheese. 7 pm sandwich, lemon cookies, coffee ice-cream.
I ate okra with red sauce and sausages and white rice that I cooked a day ago. Then the second time of eating I ate a shrimp tempura roll, baked salmon roll and edamame later in the day.
A big bowl of yogurt with apple pie and raisins in it.
That's it for the entire day, but since I spent most of it in bed, hungover after my club's Christmas party (where I also stuffed my face) that's not too bad.
