mcdonalds southwest salad with grilled chicked, w/ half packet of southwest dressing 390 or 400 calories
and mcdonalds yogurt n fruit parfait with granola 150 calories
chocolate brownie fiber one bar 90 calories
3/4 cup of chex gluten free brown sugar chex cereal 120 calories I think
cup of swiss miss hot chocolate 80 calories
a low calorie string cheese 60 calories I think
Breakfast: 2x org. coffees, org. green tea (so sleepy lol).
Midmorning snack: post workout protein bar, water.
Lunch: bowel full of big, fat, fresh local cherries :), 3x org. apricots, 2x org. bananas with org. nut butter.
Dinner: grilled free range chicken, steamed org. asparagus.
Snacks: org. raw fruit and nut bar ( Emma and Tom's brand, cacao and orange flavour-om nom nom!), probably a nice white wine later ;).
Brunch: org. super food latte, org. quinoa sushi rolls, bite of a raw banoffee pie mmm (coconut base, date and banana filling, whipped coconut cream top).
Dinner: org. salad
Snacks: org. coffee, kombucha, handful of cacao nibbles, handful of org. cherries

i guess i'm using this thread as my food diary now! or at least.....when i remember!
i made wee little buckwheat pancakes (pretty gross tasting compared to a yummy buttermilk, fluffy pancake, but.....healthy or whatev) and had a Doubleshot Starbucks coffee energy drink. (I'm a sucker for those ONLY, energy drinks are gross. these are only 3 pts on WeightWatchers!)
-Eggs benedict with tomato, bacon, and avocado.
-Diced potatoes
-caramel banana french toast
-two chocolate-covered strawberries
