Had a naked smoothie when I woke up

yesterday- 2 curry pork chops, 2cups broccoli with 3tbsp EVOO, polished off the remaining Grenache 1.5 glass and one Gerwurtztraminer, Crystal light lemon, 4 ranny smiths small, black coffee( groceries won't be delivered until monday morn and i'm too lazy to fetch one carton of heavy cream from market myself)
Today-
4 small GM apples
2cups black coffee
2 generous glasses of Riesling
Later-- scotch tasting and dinner with client, probably 5 oz of scotch and ribeye since I'm in a red meat mood and need the energy for all day appt tomorrow.

I did Alli when it first came out! Def works but the more fat you eat the more oil side effect you'll have!!!!! If you're a meat/fat eater def try out keto(comes in three flavors CKD, TKD and Standard), so much better and your skin will be flawless. The first 3 days are rough though but then you won't have an appetite and drop a ton of water/bloat.

this morning:
(i'm fairly consistent with the same breakfat, so apologies for the repetition.)
breakfast sammich of egg, canadian bacon, and american cheese on an english muffin
coffee.
Alli is....interesting.

Brunch: Double shot black org. coffee, org. green juice (kiwi, kale, wheat grass, banana, apple, chia seeds mmm)
Dinner: Lean beef and org veggie stir fry
Snacks: Horsetail herb tea with org. coconut oil, a ton of water, a few org. dates, spoonful of org. peanut butter.

I need to start doing this so that I can hold myself accountable for how much I eat. I eat generally healthy things just... So much of it. Already today:
Fruit smoothie and oatmeal with soymilk, honey, and raisins
Homemade tzatziki with veggies
Small handful of raw almonds and cranberry mix
Banana
Coffee with truvia and soymilk
And tonight I'm thinking quinoa and bulgur salad with black beans and steamed broccoli.

Breakfast: ACV in warm water, org. coffee, a few org. dates, blueberries, pre-workout.
Snacks: Protein bar
Lunch: Org. raw veggies and light hummus
Dinner: Tuna steak, org. pumpkin, sweet potato mash w/ parsley, garlic org. coconut oil
Snacks etc: Org green tea w/ org. coconut oil, the rest of the punnet of blueberries lol

So far:
Coffee with almond milk and Truvia
Fruit salad of mango, banana, strawberry, and grapefruit
Leftover lentil and black bean chili with brown rice
I've mixed my leftover chili with the brown rice and a handful of oats, and I'm currently baking them into patties. I'll probably have a patty with some steamed broccoli or carrots for dinner, and some veggie sticks with leftover homemade tzatziki for a snack.

Brunch: Org. banana with topped with org. nut spread and blueberries lol, org. green smoothie :)
Dinner: Steamed salmon, sautéed garlic and parsley org. mushrooms, side of steamed sweet potato
Snacks: Coconut water, orange juice, jelly beans (had blood test today, needed sugar and didn't have ANYTHING in the house, so I got some cute jelly beans while I was at the chemist :P)
