Brunch: 3x coffee ::), 1x banana with coconut oil/cacao spread and chia seeds, 1x smoked salmon, rocket, avocado, tomato etc on gf toast.
Dinner: Homemade/dry roasted sweet potato chips.
Snacks: Grapes, carrots sticks w/ hummus, sea salt pop corn, raw coconut and cacao bar, tea.
I was lazy today, had a lot going on.

Yesterday: Breakfast: baked eggs w/ homemade Boston baked beans.
Lunch (Cheat meal): Chips (yum) and salad.
Dinner: 2x Vegetarian Mexican wrap w/ beans, lettuce, cheese, homemade salsa and avocado.
Snacks: handful of org. corn chips, tea.
Breakfast: 3x coffee lol, 1x Banana
Lunch: Stir fried vegetables in coconut oil, chilli, garlic and Chinese spices.
Dinner: Prawn, avocado, sundried tomato and rocket salad w/dressing.
Snacks etc: 3x teaspoons of nutella, 3x green tea w/lemon.
plain yogurt with granola, sliced bananas, and light honey drizzled over it.

Diner: "Popcorn chicken" ;) (oven baked polenta/egg/seasoning crumbed chicken), salad.
Today:Breakfast: 2x coffee, 1x banana w/abc nut butter and nutella (ran out of nut butter lol!)
Lunch: Protein smoothie, carrot sticks, hummus, 1x apple.
Dinner: Steamed Atlantic salmon and steamed broccoli.
