yesterday I ate cereal and thai food. I should have eaten more, but I have no groceries. nothing sounds good lately; i need new meal ideas. i'm gonna browse this thread for some ideas.
Carrot & celery juice, Porridge with cinnamon and brown sugar, Houmous & cucumber sticks, Jerk chicken with rice and peas and greens, Chocolate dairyfree ice cream, Water, Mint tea
2 slices of pizza. Salmon and veggies: carrots, celery, green onions, broccoli. Chamomile tea. Almonds.
Porridge with cream, cinammon and brown sugar. Indian food: 2 popadoms, mango chutney, chicken seekh kebab, peppers and onions, saag aloo. A few squares of dark chocolate. Water, mint tea.

1 cup of water (should be drinking a lot more!)

yeah..doesn't sound exactly wholesome.
I hardly drink enough water, they recommend 8/8oz..anyone else have a difficult time eating in the mornings and what helps? I usually have to stick to mushy foods and can't have certain things with bad PCOS.

Chicken souvlaki with saffron rice
I like eating a whole jalapeno when I get an order of chicken strips. It's like a Hispanic thing or a Texas thing IDK. Anywhoo, I like the taste combination of chicken, the jalapeno and "Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. The jalapeno gives it a little kick, but today I got an extremely hot jalapeno. I like my jalapenos hot, but not 5 alarm hot. I took a bite of this jalapeno and the taste was really good, then OMG!!! my mouth, tongue and lips were on fire. (Cue the fire truck sirens blaring in my head!) I was running around the kitchen looking for something to put out the fire. I must have looked like a crazy person. I tried water, carbonated water, bread, wiping my tongue with a napkin, but finally I was able to control the heat by sucking on ice until the sensation went away. It took about 10 minute to put out the fire.

B: Oatmeal, hot chocolate (just added water - no milk or whipped cream, etc)
Late lunch/Dinner: Baked potato and a small chili from Wendy's, 20L water
Morning- Black iced americano and the bf surprised me with an almond macaroon.....I ate it because I would have felt really bad since he woke up early to surprise me.
Evening- lentils and brown rice
Pollo Loco 2 piece breast and wing combo with double broccoli and corn tortillas.
Coffee with coconut milk.
Grilled lamb, Greek salad.
Cherries, tea.
Handful of veggie chips.
This thread makes me feel like a pig, I love my food!
2 bananas, 1 rice cake, 1 cup of greek yogurt, coffee...so far.

All Natural Oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp. Peanut butter, raspberries, almond milk and cinnamon
Green Tea
2 pieces of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin bread toasted w/coconut oil and 1tbsp of PB
Kale and banana smoothie with almond milk
Chicken breast with broccoli and spinach
Hot Chocolate w/Jameson for dessert :)
Today so far:
Coffee w/ vanilla creamer
Oatmeal with 1tbsp PB, Almond milk and raspberries
1 White Cheddar Rice Cake
