More T-Day leftovers and I'm feeling farty, bloated, and slow. I'm going to stash the rest for the boy and I'm on my way to get ingredients for my Glowing Green Smoothie! http://www.kimberlysnyder.net/blog/2...oothie-recipe/
Thanks, Glitzy :D

Day off started well, muesli with banana and then an apple. Then after I skyped my bf I needed comfort food so now I have 6 bread rolls, ham, cheese and a big bag of chocolates :)
I thought this thread was intended to share meal ideas not to promote starvation with seems to be turning into. Pretty sure JD started it and she eats a very balanced healthy diet... Maybe JD should post some ideas for other people instead. Lol
^Yeah there's really no use eating too little. :(
Breakfast: 3 egg omelet+ham, a cup of blueberries, hot lemon water
Lunch: smoked salmon, vegetables

Dinner: creamy chicken soup..and some of the dark chocolate :-)
I ate shepherd's pie with lamb and potatoes and cauliflower and carrots.
I like it as a dish, because it permits endless variations and is always filling in any portion size you care to have.
I hate cooking in a shared kitchen so I try to only use the microwave. My recent dinner staple has been a portion of dried pasta and sauce mix, with water and a tin of tuna added, microwaved until soft. I add the tuna to help keep me full at work.
The cheesey ones taste just like tuna pasta bake.

I had a nice grassfed ribeye and some raw milk. Also bacon, delicious delicious bacon, which provided the fat to sautee the steak in.
I just got back into the states. I didn't realize how unhealthy Puerto Rican food is, and the complete lack of anything organic. I fell off my diet for a month, and I am hating myself now! Significant difference in my body shape, although my weight is the same, my abs don't looks as defined, muscle tone reduced, more bloated looking, I'm turning into a giant blob. I am soooo happy to be home, I'm going to hit it hard with the paleo diet and weight workouts everyday. Eggs and avocado or small piece of fruit in the a.m., salad with protein for lunch, protein and vegetable for dinner. Protein shakes after my workouts. Let's do this ladies!
coconut blended w spinach
3 clementine oranges
2 tblspoons coco oil in tea
small salad with lemon and nut yeast
sprouted bread sandwich w avocado, mustard, tomato, bell pepper, onions, sunflower seeds.
i need to stick to fruit in the day and eat more seafood & meat at night...
tmi question for the hardcore paleos on here: i was completely off wheat, dairy, sugar and ate way more meat for a couple of months but had serious constipation issues. i don't understand how y'all are able to eat pretty much nothing but meat and still able to go. but maybe it's just my constitution?
I have been eating chicken soup mostly for the last few days due to having the flu.
Chicken with spinach, butter, thyme and green beans.
3 eggs with veggies (from my garden, I though I would add this in because I am pretty freaking proud!) red bell pepper, banana pepper, serrano pepper, garlic, and a tiny bit of cheddar cheese.
1 piece of ezekial toast with a bit of butter.
Porridge with splenda and cinnamon.
Cream of chicken packet soup.
A handful of Smash (chocolate covered crisps)
2 rosé wines
and soon to eat soy chicken stir fry with noodles, if my bf ever gets home. I'm starving but I don't want to overeat.
2 hard boiled eggs
Half can of peaches
6 oz milk
One huge ass iced mocha
2 pieces of toast with butter
Veggie stir fry (zucchini, bell pepper, onion, szechuan stir fry sauce) and udon noodles
Diet Pepsi
Handful of pretzels
Candy cane green tea
Porridge with splenda and cinnamon
Tomato soup and 2 slices whole wheat bread
Apple
5 crisps and 25g Smash (chocolate covered crisps)
I have 600 cal left but I'm going to watch a friend's band play tonight, so I'll be drinking...not sure what to have for dinner to give myself spare calories for drinking...
grass fed ny strip steak,4oz
one quarter of a baked potato with tiny dollop of sour cream
Maple Clif bar
half pot of black coffee (finishing this and perhaps start another brew tonight for work)
I had a free weekend so back to Clif bar/coffee diet rest of week.
