^^^ I love figs so much a literally just drooled. I am not saying I drooled to be funny, I 100% just wiped saliva off the side of my lip. Maybe I a hungry because...
I had a banana for breakfast DID not eat dinner!! I have been trying to lose like 15 or so lbs and have been doing pretty good but I ordered the PMS special from the really good NY-style Italian place by my house. It is one piece of eggplant parm. with a meatball and what was supposed to be a stuffed shell (they put a sausage instead and I don't eat pork); both the meatball and pork were covered in melted cheese, a side of pasta; and a small salad. I took it to my room/office and left to get a fork. By the time I got back my dog had devoured 86% of it. She saw me watching her and kept at it. I ate the salad because she couldn't get that open I guess. No opposable thumbs and all.
I decided better her than me since she had a stomach issue (colitis) this summer and got a little skinny. I normally don't let her have people food unless I make it for her (boiled chicken and plain rice). It was the universe watching out for my waist line I guess. Maybe this is my new diet- I can buy whatever junk food I want and then feed it to the dog.
So... a banana and am American Girl Doll sized salad, with really, really good dressing. Way to go Gia!

Morning - Raspberry & Apple Smoothie
Lunch - Nothing I baked gluten free protein chocolate peanut butter flapjacks, so I ate some of the cooking mixture lol
Dinner - Steamed vegetables with a veggie nut roast with goats cheese pastry.
Snack - Raspberry smoothie & peanut choc flapjack with soya cream!
I am trying to be sugar, gluten and dairy free! I did however make the flapjacks with xyitol sweetener which is derived from the Birch tree.
So far:
