i sadly have the opposite problem, I can't seem to fall asleep. Insomnia sucks ass please trade with me! :P
I'm a vampire. I'm up all night and sleep all day.
Looooooooool
set up a voyeur cam and make money on you sleeping! :D
i need 10hrs. so i guess that makes me even lazier lol
I love sleep-if you let me,I'd only leave my bed to have a bath....then I'd head back for me sleepytime!
Sadly I find the more sleep I have these days, the crappier I feel-so I seem to function better with 6 to 7 hours, but,I would happily go for 10 to 12 in an ideal world.::)
six ... if I'm lucky ... stupid insomnia ... I literally can't fall asleep before 2 a.m. ... it's usually 3 or 4 no matter how early I woke up the night before. 6 a.m. mornings (like today) are brutal. :p
I love my beauty sleep
I sleep 7-9 hours every night.
I think I need about 9 hours....but if it's that time of the month then I wanna sleep alllll day
I stay in bed for about 9 to 10 hours (when I can), but I only "sleep" 4 or 5. Most of the time I have insomnia too. I started to think I was depressed (I'm not exactly cheerful anyway), was taking antidepressants and doing therapy and all that... Then a doctor told me to have a Polysomnography done... Turns out I have a condition (I really don't know the name for it in English) that makes me wake up every 30 (yes, 30!) seconds for the most part of my sleep. I'm not fully awake when that happens, but that lowers your serotonin levels making you feel, well, crappy when you wake up, like you haven't slept enough...
If you can, have this test done too. Do you dream a lot? More than one dream and usually in the morning, the later part of your sleep? I was told that's a common thing for people with this "thing".
I stay on the go and sleep maybe 4-5 hours per night tops. Energy drinks are my best friend!
8-10 hours :P
I sleep 10+ hours lately. Well, it's because I'm unemployed, unmotivated, depressed, etc.
This is the first morning that I've been up in a long time. Only because I trained for my vanilla job today haha. But it's nice. I'll actually have some breakfast and check out MGF;)
I think if I could actually get more than 3 hours in a row without being woken up I'd be alright. Lately I've had a really hard time falling/staying asleep, but then that's all I want to do.
I sleep far too much during the day and then can't sleep at night. When I actually have to get up for class it's near impossible.
I normally fall asleep around 5am and wake up around. Well. 5pm :(
I wish I could fall asleep around 3am after I get home from work / take off my makeup. I have always had a really hard time falling asleep and once I wake up I'm up for a while. I find that catching zz's anytime I can is hard, too!
i have a really hard time falling asleep as well, but once i'm asleep i can usually sleep for a long time (although i've been waking up during the night more as i get older). between insane amounts of fatigue and not getting restful sleep, i am pretty much always tired. i usually sleep about 8-10 hours a night.
i usually sleep 7-9 hours.
with 6 hours i feel like shit
with under 5 my brain like seriously wont work
but with over 9 i feel like im missing too much of the day so i wont let myself sleep over that...but if i didn't force myself to wake up i could sleep like 16 hours a day, everyday. horrible i know
^ not horrible. i totally feel you there.
waking up in the morning is the most difficult thing for me because i always feel like crap and i could always sleep more.
7 hours!
I have no idea because I sleep in shifts or something. I blame this job. I work til it gets slow or boring, go to sleep, get awakened by a NF call, then am up for 2 more hours working, go back to sleep, wake up, work some more. If I could work a straight 8 hours, sleep a straight 8 hours, and then run errands/live life the last 8, I'd be more well adjusted, I'm sure. :/
