I'm looking at clip sites and just signed up for clips.com however they want me to return a signed contract and 2257 (??) compliance something or other. I am in UK so don't have this. Anyone else in UK signed up on this site?

^^ usually you have to agree to a 2257 and sign a contract for *most sites - like streamate and imlive. The 2257 is required by law US 18-2257. No worries :) But do read the site contract before signing.
Yes but they want the contract back in 10 days and they want it posting - TO AMERICA?? Can we just email/ scan it? I don't remember having to send anything to SM when i signed up. Just gave them bank details.
^^ Ahh... I've never heard of a website requiring you to send a contract and 2257 by post... By looking at the site and alexa info- the site seems to be legit .. I've had no experience with them, but I would definitely ask support if the info can just be faxed or scanned.
I'm not sure how long you've been on SM- I know now when you sign up for a model account you agree to the contract/TOS by just clicking I agree when you sign up.. (probably better for them this way).. and in there may also be the 2257 agreement. When I signed up years ago they made you sign a contract and 2257, scan it, and send it to support.
we don't have a 2257 thing here in uk
I've been on SM maybe 6 months? Actually i do remember scanning some stuff for them now so maybe you're right about the contract.
