So as much as I dislike SM with all its issues, I've been on there a bit lately. For some reason, I always have issues with the phone option (among other things). Its not my account because I've had issues with the phone feature on both accounts. So:
1.) Why does the phone option automatically not let me enable it like 80% of the time. It won't let me enable it before I stream, while I stream, or when I'm already in group/exclusive. I literally have to email SM everyday and tell them to reset the option, then it allows me to enable it again.
2.) How come, when someone actually does call me when in exclusive, it says on Streamate to the left of my exclusive chat box that I have an incoming call... How do you answer/accept it?! Why doesn't my phone automatically ring like it used to with my old account?
SM is pretty much no help. They don't answer my questions and every answer is different each time I email them about it.
