edited: they're only allowing certain people to pre-register for the card - i requested it but don't know if they'll let me.
No probs. I have just pre-registered also. The service is right at the very start, limited cards at the moment. Very cheap usage fee's though.
I just received a email that may interest you guys. Alert Pay is not paying but instead holding the money..dont know what happened. I dont use them but have a account and received a email warning today that they cannot issue funds....I dont know whats up so u may want to investigate.
i got the same email, but that issue has been going on for months - they haven't been able to do us bank transfers for like six months now.
We are able to send Alertpay funds directly to Payoneer if anyone gets stuck with credit in an Alertpay account they cant transfer to the bank by the way.
Its currently a free service/ transfer.
ok....i saw this and just getting ready to c&p but you ladies know the deal:) I havent used them but am signed up.
This is the email I received:
Dear valued customer,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but bank transfer deposits are temporarily unavailable. Our team is working diligently to resolve this temporary service outage. We will notify you as soon as service is restored.
In the meantime, if you wish to deposit funds into your AlertPay E-Wallet, please use one of our alternate deposit methods. You may deposit funds into your account through a bank wire, a certified check or a money order. For detailed instructions on how to use alternate deposit methods, please log in to your account, click on the 'Deposit' tab and select the method of your choice.
If you have any questions or concerns about your AlertPay account, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support department.
This sounds like a different issue than the inability to withdraw by bank transfer, what I got out of this is that payments to your Alertpay account via bank deposits were unavailable. Not entirely sure though.
