The only time I've yelled from the stage was the other night when I looked up and saw two kids holding their phones up as if they were filming me. I had the get the staff's attention somehow! But having a yelling conversation while you're doing your stage is pretty lame, I think. But if other girls do it, that just means the customers appreciate the attention I give them from the stage that much more, so I try not to late it bother me too much heh.

^::) I've had to do this also at one club. But I don't see the need of yelling out or at anyone while doing a stage set if you are not in trouble or injured; addressing other staff members etc loudly while doing this probably wouldn't be doing her any justice IMO. If the DJ is encouraging this behavior then it probably isn’t something the staff/mangers really notice. But it must be annoying for the dancers and cuties, especially if the club is small like you mentioned.
I know there's one girl at my club who's been there for ages and she'll remain on stage wayyy after her set, chatting it up with customers and whatnot. The DJ will yell at her to get off the stage and she just yells back to leave her alone, she's WORKING! Hahaha...I adore the balls that these older dancers have...
There's a couple other instances like that every other day or so. Sometimes girls yell at him from the dressing room, like they open the door to the stage and holler at him. Loud people annoy me in general so I also hate that....It's kinda unnecessary, imo.
Haha I'm guilty of it. Once I got comfortable in the club and one time I was on stage at the beginning of a shift and the music STOPPED!!!!! I turned to the dj and threw my hands up and yelled WHAT THE HELL?! It was an awful sound issue. Another dancer did it alot too. She would even yell at customers she was walking up to.
i yell from the stage all the time.
Ha! I worked somewhere where it got so bad they post an exclamation point ridden sign about how every girl that yelled from stage would get fined $15 dollars with escalating fines for every offense. It helped.......sort of.
It's frowned upon at my club. Yelling from the stage for attention just distracts the bouncers from real issues they could be preventing. They talk to you first, then if you keep doing it they stop giving you prime shifts.
