SM questions and daily pay
okay so a few more SM questions. Bear with me please! ;D
I am on daily pay so how do I work out the amount that I will get after PJ takes her cut? Is it already taken off my earnings? Or do I have to work it out myself? Just minus 5%? For example my current earnings on SM are $14 (don't laugh i was only on for 20 minutes!) so....should I deduct 5% from that? (I dont even know how to do that, haha. I'm awful at maths)
Also I know I posted a thread about this before. I have pretty much worked out that when guys take you into premium chat it just goes into it without asking and when guys take you exclusive a box pops up requesting.
But today I was in premium and a guy said 'can we do cam2cam' and I said "oh only in exclusive baby' and then a little box popped up saying 'so and so requests C2C session" and I was confused because we were already in premium but a box was popping up and he was the only one in premium so I thought maybe then he had requested an exclusive. However i accepted and his cam turned on and then other guys came in, so I was like "um sorry like i said i only do c2c in exclusive' and ended the show.
This shizz is confusing! Or maybe I'm just stupid. Okay so let me get this straight... tell me if this is wrong?
1. when a guy takes you premium it goes straight into paid
2. when a guy takes you exclusive a little box pops up asking
3. A guy can't take you exclusive from premium without ENDING the show first. So in premium if a box pops up saying they are requesting c2c always refuse.
Now how about if you are in free chat and a box pops up where someone is asking for a c2c session? will that always be an exclusive? can that ever be a guy requesting that you watch his cam for free? I dont wanna get suckered in by that thinking its a show??
Can't believe its taking me so long to figure this out. God forbid I ever have the 'fake gold' problem!
Re: SM questions and daily pay
Ok first things first, DP cut is taken at source so what you see in your earnings is what you will recieve. This is different on AW not sure about MFC.
1. when a guy takes you premium it goes straight into paid yep
2. when a guy takes you exclusive a little box pops up asking yep
3. A guy can't take you exclusive from premium without ENDING the show first. So in premium if a box pops up saying they are requesting c2c always refuse. Exactly
Guys will always try it on, you just have to stay one step ahead :)

Re: SM questions and daily pay
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Hahahaha. :D need all the help I can get!
So if the box comes up saying the request a c2c session in free chat...is that always an exclusive? or are they sometimes trying to get it for free?
Re: SM questions and daily pay
On SM, you can't view a guy's cam unless you're in private. So they can't trick you into viewing it for free. But there's no option to only accept c2c in Exclusive, so you'll have to deal with that on your own.
I don't think I've ever seen a box pop up in free chat asking about a c2c session. That's really strange. Maybe someone else can answer your question about that...
Also, if you're in private and a guy requests that you view his cam and you don't accept OR reject it, it will automatically pop up. If you want to stop it, just push the button the end cam-to-cam and it will shut his cam off.
Re: SM questions and daily pay
PJ takes 15% of all the money you make, but you will only see exactly the amount you will be getting.

Its up to you if you want to view cams in private or exclusive. Personally I view cams in both. I also take requests in both just as long as the requests are not outlandish (like "can you wear that pink dress" or "I want to see you in that spandex suit") and I even do toys and dirty talk in both. What do I offer in exclusive that is more special? Phone and very specific requests like wearing certain clothing or keeping my current clothes on.

SM take an additional 20% for a wire transfer at minimum payout, but we dont write that. As it confuses people. Writing Dailypay takes 15% is completely inaccurate.
SM = 65%
DP = 5%
Profit = 30%
Cant make it any simpler.
We (the industry) keep it the one constant as changing between net and gross will make things complicated.
We all say Internet Modelling take 15%, no one says the figure is actually closer to 50%. Because thats inaccurate too.
Re: SM questions and daily pay
How is that completely inaccurate? You take the 5% of our 35% which is 15% of a cam girl's personal profits.
Streamate takes 65%. We would normally make 35%. You take 5% so we get paid 30% instead on dailypay. 5% of 35% is 15% of all the money a girl personally makes. Here's exactly how you calculate it: 5/35 = .14285, so that's.... 14.30%??? Sorry guys, PJ takes 14.3% of whatever you personally make on SM, not 15%. If you're not on dailypay, you get that 14.3% more. There's no way to dispute that. Math doesn't lie.
Re: SM questions and daily pay
Its inacurrate to write it out of context. If in one thread someone asks how much does SM take, someone will say 65% and then if in another thread someone asks how much does dailypay take, you'll pop in and inaccurately say 15% (14.3%). See how things can get mixed up?
How many times have you seen someone in this industry quote the net number? never, cause its wrong.
Yes is 15% of the 100% as SM have set that rate for us as standard.
But its only 5% in normal terms, your just making it seem as bad as possible by writing it in different ways.
If the figures like on AW and MFC show profit without dp's % taken away and someone read what you wrote then they would be completely wrong, as the above poster rightly said, its 5% deduction. If anyone done calculatiosn by what you wrote they would be getting everything wrong.
We use an industry standard for a reason.
All the figures have been here for anyone to view anyway
Mathe's doesnt lie but you can certainly make things appear how you want them, in your case as worse as possible.
In previous posts about IM, if asked you would have said they take 15%, why wouldnt you of said 50%~? cause its wrong.
Same with every other % that gets taken off from any source, you personally always quote the gross % but yet with dailypay you like to quote the net % now?
Answer these GR the way you would normally.
How much does using the cammodels link gave you extra?
How much does JCI take from you on AW?
How much does IM take from a normal member?
How much does sweetkick take from a east euro member?
How much is charged in % by MFC at min payout to the UK for a wire transfer?
How much does SM charge for a wire transfer in % terms?
I bet 100% before Xmas every single answer would have been in the gross terms.

Just random camming trivia: the only site where Ive seen cam2cam insta-happen in is webcams.com. You can disable this feature by minimizing it at the bottom of your chat screen and id strongly (strongly) recommend everyone does. no idea why they even have it. Im not even revealing a secret since they advertise it as a customer 'perk' to everyone who registers for the site or for its affiliates.... bc... idk.... theyre managed by idiots.

So then technically, by your math standards, Streamate really keeps 185% (65/35) of "whatever you personally make on SM" and not 65%. Frankly, that number turns my stomach in larger knots then a lousy 15% that I am paying to get my check as soon as I need/want it or reach my goal.
Is there also a post somewhere with the math behind payoneer? $2/$5 can be as high as 10% depending upon what your load is... and I haven't read as many complaints regarding that. I was actually uninformed and pissed when I received my first load.
Re: SM questions and daily pay
On ImLive and Sexier insta-loads to Payoneer with no load fees that Ive *ever* seen. Ditto with PussyCash (their affiliate program) I really have no idea what deal they have with Payoneer for that but other sites need to get on board bc as convenient as Payoneer is their random fees otherwise are pretty gouging.
There are ways around some of them if you load a certain amount and use it a certain amount (standard for prepaid debit cards like this, including GreenDot) - but I always breathe a sigh of relief when I get checks from other companies since it is a simple, clean, payment method.
Checks of course take longer and Im impatient so I need to get on board for other sites... but some sites are just unreliable when it comes to checks so Payoneer is almost a must. Convenience is always expensive... seems to be a business truism

At minimum payout on Streamate ($20?), if going by GR's method. Payoneer take between 10%-25% of your profit to load the money onto the card.
The avoid studio thread also notes all numbers in gross terms, not net. As noting them as a net wouldnt be right.

No, I said dailypay takes 15% of YOUR personal earnings because its accurate & a fact. You take 5% of overall earnings, but that is useless because we don't even see all of the overall earnings. You take 15% of the money we would have earned. Its a fact, and you can manipulate it however you'd like, but facts are facts.

I'm not making it seen "as bad as possible" or "how I want them" or "worse as possible". I honestly don't really care, but facts are facts. You do take 15% of what we would earn. When you're on dailypay for SM, you lose 15% of what you would make if you weren't on dailypay. If you're off dailypay, you take home 15% more than if you were on dailypay. There's no real way to manipulate that since its true.
The only reason I "care" is because people should know the truth and not be deceived as to how much of their personal take-home money they will lose. You don't take 5% of what people personally make, you take 15%. Why are you bothering to use net (before profit/deductions) figures rather than gross (take-home money)? Everyone uses gross because net doesn't mean a thing since you don't see the money. 15% is what you take of our personal money.

Yes Payoneer load fees *can* be as much as 25% if you only make $20 since the payout minimum (that YOU can change) is $20 and the load fee is $3 - $5. But the thing with that is, you're going to pay those fees anyway even if you weren't on dailypay. If you want to get paid by Payoneer on SM for example, its what? $40? 7(days) x $5(max load fee) is still $35. So that's why people don't complain. They'd be paying the same fee anyway. And you an change your minimum payout on dailypay to be a high as you'd like.

Just to note, we dont deceive people, we use the same standard as everyone else. I dont see you complaining about their services. And the example with payoneer x7 vs dp, they dont pay you daily so you would be comparing two different services.
Everything is out there in black and white for anyone to look up. We've never tried to deceive anyone but thats your opinion.
Also your net and gross are back to front.
Gross = $100
Net = $100 - 35% = $35.
We have numerous benefits to our service and dailypay can even be wrote off as a tax expense.
Sorry you dont happen to like what we do.

And Streamate dont give a gross figure? No other company gives things as a gross? the whole internet must be as useless as us then. You dont see the 100% gross number nor do you see the 35% gross figure, you see the 100% net figure. So the 5% isnt really that useless. Its perfectly suited. If we started saying 15% people would get confused very quickly.
To get your earnings from Streamate if you could see the 100% figure is 100% - (65%+5%) = Profit. Not 100% - 65% - 15% = Profit. This is how people would perceive your posts if they see you saying we take 15%.

Please stop putting words in my mouth and making me out to be something I'm not. You do realize I'm on dailypay, right? I never said it was a bad service. All I said is that you take 15% of what we would get because you do.
Re: SM questions and daily pay
Well I'm not good at math but I'm on DP and all I know is that when a guy tips me 1 gold I get $0.30 from it...SM gets $0.65 and PJ gets $0.05. I've never seen any other fees coming out from my daily overall earnings. What I see on my SM earnings is what I get from DP the next day.
*shrugs* I like having my money the next day instead of having to wait, and I don't mind the extra 5% taken out plus payoneer's load fee for the convenience.

I'd had an idea. Very sorry GR.
If there is anything more we can do to provide a more personal service to you please let us know.
Thanks
