Probably not, I believe the limit is 450 but you should call a tax advisor and double check.

if you made under 600.00 for the yr from any one source you do not have to file for that source. also if you want to get back into camming get a twitter account and post your cammodels link all over the place. "photo bomb" twitter (tweet pics of you in sexy lingerie) you could make a facebook account in your model name too and post your cammodels link there. also if you blog about camming tweet your blogs and upload pics to your blogs and tweet them.
Tax laws are country-specific, so check with a local tax advisor. Because there is such a paper trail with camming, I would file that amount of income under "other income" (where you can put small amounts from random companies) and leave it at that (it covers your ass). Depending on what else you made this tax year, you wouldn't be paying much on it AT ALL. Or if you wanted, you could file it as a separate income so that you could write off the webcam etc (as long as you have kept receipts) but I'm not sure that it would be worth the hassle.
