thigh fat?
I uploaded pics so yalll know exactly what im talking about. Ive tried so many different excersises and i dunno how the heck to get rid of it! It seems all they r doing is toning the front of my thighs. Inner thighs r still nasty, back too. Help!

The front of my thighs r super toned. Like hard with muscle. But its the back and inner parts that r gross and jiggly. The pic of me kneeling, i hate the inner saddlebag thing ive got going on. Someone help! Ive googled all inner thigh excersises and i must be doing them wrong because they just tone the front. Am i doomed to have thunder thighs for life???
And please ignore my discolored legs, left over sally hansens from the night before lol.

I feell like ive ALWAYS had this tho. Like even when i was dancing at a lame dive, going on stage 15as times a night. How much more cardio do i need llol. Can u recommend any fun cardio workouts/programs?
... im working on the whole eating less thing.. its just so damn hard! I love food! :( and the proof is in the thighs lol. Urgh!

Yeah, I would say its your diet more than anything.. it really does do wonders.
Like, one can work out but if they eat crappy they will not lose weight.
But one can eat right, never work out and lose weight. what we eat makes a *huge* difference.
You look amazing I have to say, and Ill bet that it would only take a few small changes in what you eat to see a difference.

Firstly, you look great! You are picking yourself apart. We all do it. I actually have the exact same problem. The front and outside of my thighs are extremely toned. I don't know many girls with as much definition on the front of their thighs as me. But I have flabby inner and back thighs. And even worse the back of my thighs are all cellulite covered. Even when Im grossly skinny (105lbs at 5'7") I still have this problem. It improves but unfortunately thats just the place I store fat and for it to completely disappear Id have to be a skeleton. Eating clean as possible - not just less will improve it. Theres plenty of diet threads on here about eating right but basically if you eat unprocessed food - fresh meats and vegetables and just a little fruit you will see a result. Increase cardio - I like doing classes personally because I find them less boring. Les Mills body attack is amazing. Don't stop weight training though... Your legs are like mine and if I only do cardio the backs end up all saggy and gross. You need muscle to fill in that space the fat was in to support the skin. In reality the only way to permanently remove unproportional fat is lipo. I sometimes think about it myself but because of my cellulite Im scared to try it. I don't want the cellulite to end up worse which happens to some people.

Diet is 80% of how your body looks. You need to eat super clean and get lots of protein while working out as well. When I was out of town I saw an infomercial for the brazilian but lift. The before and afters were awesome if real but I'm sure they were because most these women you can tell were really out of shape and didn't do much working out,so they are going to get better results than someone who already works out all the time. Anyways I don't know what your current fitness regiem is or your diet but switching up your routine will offer good results.

Oh and I recommend that video series because you wouldn't believe the results on the back of the legs. Like 70 % of these womens cellulite was gone and their legs in the back were as toned as their ass.

Your outer thighs are in excellent shape. Your inner thighs can benefit from some targeted exercise. Here is a good exercise that I find useful. I stand next to a heavy weight (something I can manage) sideways. I make sure my feet are together then I push the weight as far as I can push it with one leg. I repeat it few times with both legs till my inner thigh muscles are fatigued. I learned this exercise in my martial art school. It was one of the many exercises I used to develop leg strengths.

I hav ea similar body type as u..Idk how tall u r but my legs and butt r very similiar. Everyone is giving u great advice. When i "ate Clean" the fat did come off coupled with working out all the time..Eating better really does help. I need to do this myself some but I have been n school and very busy with that. I am happy w the fact that I have lost 5-7 pounds since Dec and thats good enough for me right now. U really got to have the time to focus on ur eating and working out to make improvements imho. Especially in my case. Dont beat urself up..set some goals and they will be easier to attain.

Thanks a lot ladies! I think my diet is what needs changing. And im really interested in the brazil butt lift thing. I just hate videos lol. Its worth a shot tho! My diet (or lack thereof) sucks ass. I dont eat healthy at all. I really need to. It sounds stupid but i dont really know how to! In my head a diet is being able like a handful of things. Everytime i try to eat healthy i pick up fish, veggies, fruits etc... then after like 2 days im like "omg i need FOOD!"

truthfully i think ur butt is amazing..people alwasy like mine too even tho my boobs r huge as well...try not to knock urself too much just bc u rnt overly skinny looking...there are some guys who love a nice butt..try to embrace that a little more and realize overly thin isnt everyones preference..Thats what I do bc I am petite and have a similiar body type

^ If you are not eating healthy then the exercise for the most part will be sort of ineffective. Diet is more important than exercise.

Jcmarch if you do the brazillian butt lift post pics because you are already in better shape than those women in the infomercial and I'd like to see. I love tapes because I'm in a really hot locationan and most gyms aren'tcool enough for me in the summer so I have a plethora of fitness vids and most are very good the only one I didn't like was the mitch gaylord one. Lol. Have you gone on the website for the brazillian butt lift?

So.. im eating fish and turnip greens for dinner (see, always with the fish! :() and i did hit the gym, and while my thighs r burning and feel terrible; it allso feels wonderful. I just gotta keep up with cardio and eating healthy. I am for sure gonna do the butt lift videos. I will post after pics when i start to see results, use these flabby photos as my before pics lol :)

Am I the only one who doesn't see all of the flab that's allegedly on your thighs? It looks like you have a very normal amount of inner thigh fat (the vast majority of healthy women do), and I don't see any unsightly puckering on the backs of your thighs. Maybe the photos just aren't graphic enough and I'm missing something? I dunno...I think you look healthy and sexy.
That said, if you are eating unhealthily (as you said), then that's definitely something to change. As is the working out thing. But if you're eating healthily and exercising and you still have a bit of fat, then that is totally normal and healthy. I think you look good. :)

Its mainly the inner thighs.. maybe i shouldve been standing up.. the tops of my thighs touch :(and i hate it. And the backs on my thighs are pouchy looking (i can see it in the pic of my butt from the behind angle, then again i guess i know what im looking for.) But its mainly the very tops of my thighs, they rub together. Gross. I stand in front of the mirror and ill like, pull my flab lol, so it looks like my legs are skinnier and thighs dont touch, and THATS where i want to be. Naturally tho, not pulling on my skin haha.

Gosh darn it. I tried replying but i didnt post :(.. maybe u cant see what i see from the pics, i tried to spread my legs a little to show what i was talking about.. the way the inner thighs bow out towards the top, like when my feet are together the top of my thighs touch, when i walk they rub together. I hate that! Its all fat. Like ill flex my legs and u can see the muscle versus the fat.. think of older women complaning of under arm flab i guess? I can grab a big chunk of fat on the inside of my thighs. Where i want to be at; all my legs toned, no bowed out flab on the inner thigh... i see it the most in the second pic. Instead of my thighs going straight up (or even just gradually getting bigger) they r toned at the bottom, and then its like outta nowhere, flab city. I hope that makes sense lol.

Like I said, focus on your health and see if your body follows. If you were eating well and also exercising and were still unhappy with your body, I'd tell you that you're crazy. But if your body looks this good when you're treating it like crap, then, you should probably up the health factor. :)
Love thyself. I saw a man walking on the sidewalk the other day who had clearly suffered from severe burns--he hardly looked human. It made me think about appearances a bit differently.

I dont think i look bad perse, and to clarify, the very last picture, i dont see anything wrong at all. That was to show my outer thighs ARE toned, and i want my inner thighs to look just a good. My thighs just are not nearly toned as i would like and i was wondering what areas specifically i need to work out, what kind of excersises to do, and then the eating thing...i dont really think theres anything wrong with not wanting excess fat. This is something ive battled with since i was a teen and i just want to try and work on it.im tired of wearing short and them creaping up into crevices they shouldnt be lol. Im not trying to throw a pity party or anything, i just want some advice :) i actually consider myself very lucky because i have a beautiful face and for the most part a banging body. Except those damn inner thighs lol.

I've battled it myself. I will be honest, target exercising or exercise alone will not help it. My only way of clearing up fat in those annoying area's has been through crossfit and following a strict paleo diet. I do not weigh myself. I only weigh body fat percentage with
The only time I lost tight fat is when my body fat percentage is below 20% I also find, my lean body mass must be replaced with muscle. It's really the only way.
