Re: too young for fillers?
I never had any type of fillers on my face(yet) but if I were to do my cheeks i'd like fat(looks natural & suppose to last longer if done right), or aquamid(wish that stuff were legal in the U.S. already).
That being said...I don't like how most cheek fillers look. They look so obvious to me. I can always spot someone with cheek fillers at work. :-/
I guess if you go to a really good injector you wont notice.
I hate how Kim Kardashian's fillers look on her face, cheek & nasal folds. It looks so fake to me & it made her look older.
If you're gonna go right ahead and do it, i'd wait til the swelling in your face goes away from surgery first. I know you said you don't want your BF to notice, but don't think he'll be able to tell. He's a man. :-D
Re: too young for fillers?
It's just personal opinion, and i can't talk really as i've had a boob job, but i think 20 is a little young to be considering this. These little nip/ tucks really do become addictive, and do you want to end up like sylvester stallone's mum before you're 30? lol. I'd say have the things you really feel necessary to improve your look, and leave the maybes until a much later date when your body has had chance to age a bit and fill out x
Re: too young for fillers?
i say dont do it.
i agree with Vyanka, i can always tell when girls at work have gotten fillers and while i think procedures like fillers or botox on older (not even old, just 27-ish+) girls can enhance features it seems that many who start young tend to have a bit of a severe look that makes them LOOK older.
no offense to anyone who has done any of the above, i totally will consider either of these as i age but it just kills me when i see younger dancers addicted to tweaking their faces. you can do a lot to help bags and thin face with a healthy diet and lifestyle. when i smoked and ate a bad diet (17-20) people thought i was older than they guess now and my undereye bags and wrinkles were dramatically worse.
Re: too young for fillers?
See how your rhinoplasty looks first before you do anything else. Because of the swelling, you'll probally have to wait several months.
Re: too young for fillers?
I have extremely hollow eyes and get filler once a year and I love it. I don't think any age above 18 for that is too young. But the cheek thing might be a bit much. Botox and filler use is all about having a balance. You don't want your whole face to be uniform so sometimes you might do one area but leave another and mix it up the next time. That keeps it looking natural.
Re: too young for fillers?
you are never too young for fillers.
maybe 6-8 weeks after your surgery, you can get fillers. and this is dependent on your swelling and what you're willing to pay.
there is no point in getting fillers while you're getting any kind of facial procedure.
