Penthouse, Ritz, Treasures, Heartbreakers stood out for me... still have many more to visit too. Crazy Horse was pretty cool too. Gotta say tho, the vast majority of the GMs and owners I met with were great guys.

Thanks a lot Delta!!
Delta, your position as a male and a business partner greatly clouds your ability to give decent advice to women looking for safe environments. Judging by your most recent posts in my Treasures thread, you don't give a damn about the perils that women in this industry face. You seem more than cut out to get friendly with the GMs in this area, so I'm sure your business will go swimmingly. However, I'd like to request that you reevaluate your perspective and motives before you give women on here "advice."
Thanks for stalking me tuesdaymarie. And for jacking this thread. And for generalizing men. That's very big of ya.
Of course you must be intimately aware of the work I've done in and for the adult entertainment industry over the last 12 years to be able to judge my career on one or two posts.
All that crap aside... I was asked for my opinion... and I offered it in this thread. If you have a problem with me and your imaginary "motives" you are more than free to PM me or call me thru the # in my sig.
Lol, stalking you? I posted in this thread and commented on the state of Treasures, Heartbreakers, and Ritz before you, bro. I returned to see what the other dancers in Houston had to say because we were having an ongoing conversation on the matter. Further, you commented in the thread about Treasures that I started, so your childish accusation of "stalking" is completely transparent. This thread was made by Anacol with the request that Texas dancers introduce themselves, so if anyone intruded on the thread, it was you with your plug about how everyone's "digging" your business. Visiting clubs as a male and meeting with GMs for business is nothing like working in those clubs or under those men.
If there is an "ignore" feature on this site tuesdaymarie... it would behoove you to use it on me :)
As in the other thread, you've ignored the underlying issues that are causing our disagreement and instead choose a shallow, cheeky, personal attack. I tried to be sincere about my concerns, so yes, now the only sensible option is to ignore you, because this is a waste of time.
To the actual dancers in this thread, I'd like to ask: has anyone worked at Vegas Mens Club? I had a friend who said it was nice when it first opened up, but I haven't heard from her since. It's just as much of a drive from me as St. James, but if it's decent and will be taking less heat than the best known clubs, I'd like to look into it.
San Antonio dancer here
As a male with 12 years experience in 9 stripclubs, I can tell you that it ain't just the men at fault for the rampant prostitution--it's ALSO the untold thousands of dancers entirely willing to engage in prostitution in the clubs who are ALSO to blame for the shitty, vile working conditions. It makes me sick to see what's going on sometimes, even in the cleanest clubs when the bouncers aren't looking or the cameras aren't getting a good clear picture..
^I don't claim that no male has a valid opinion. However, if you read my early comments concerning the GMs in some of the clubs that he references, I've already pointed out that the men who go in there as friends or business contacts are treated with preference. All they see are the "good" things. Meanwhile, the managers mistreat the dancers there, myself being one of them. This thread had veered towards discussing the issues dancers in the Houston area face, particularly ones who do not want to provide sex or be nabbed in prostitution investigations alongside women who do provide extras. In the other thread, in my opinion, Delta's response to loki's reaction to the article I posted was intentionally inflammatory. Condoning and denying (even when there is overwhelming evidence to support the claims of prostitution and trafficking) are two very different things, I agree. I was not trying to say he "supported" it, rather that he was brushing off these issues that I and every other dancer in the Houston area face and was doing so in a manner that was, as I said, intentionally insulting. Asking whether loki had any "proof" that these things happen was, by my reading, an attempt to invalidate our very real and, for me, damaging experiences.
Again, I in no way think that men are wholly to blame for the things that have and are happening at these clubs, nor do I think my quoted statement suggests I think so. My problem is that I think to pop in one thread and say claims of human trafficking, prostitution, and rampant drug activity aren't worthwhile matters for investigation and then go in the other one and recommend clubs that are extremely guilty of these acts is careless.
Edit: Not trying to further the argument; I think Delta and I have individually decided neither of us like the way we expressed our opinions, nor do we like heinous crimes. I just want to be clear that I don't blame men more than women for what goes on, but that the relationships between the men in charge at these clubs and their contacts is extremely deceiving. To be fair, some of those "contacts" are the women they usher their friends/business partners to to get fucked in VIP. I just can't stress enough how the management at some of those clubs made the clubs some of the most abusive environments I've encountered. Even with extras going on in other clubs throughout Houston, I did not experience the same amount of hostility, abuse, and general endangerment as I did at some of the clubs discussed.
I don't doubt you have seen some very nasty things there TuesdayMarie. And yes when rampant prostitution is going on it really ruins the place as far as it being anywhere comfortable to work. 'Comfortable to work'? Ha that's a joke! The one place I worked where it was worst, with full management participation and encouragement, was a fucking hellhole for those girls.
*Texas dancer checking in* Well, actually, I'm not dancing at the moment, but plan on going back soon for a little bit. I've danced in Dallas mostly, sometimes Fort Worth. Just wanted to say hi to the Texas girls!
