What's your workout regimen or one you will recommend?
Preferably those who workout ( or workouts plans that can be done) at home with maybe no equipment to little or home-made exercise equipment. Looking for some ideas on a workout routine/combo. Need to drop off the rest of this weight like yesterday!..LHH Personally, working out alone is boring and I like to dance more as a workout since it is fun and I like it. I guess maybe cardio/aerobics would be a good thing for that then, maybe?=/ The thing is when I do dance everyday and stick to it then I can see the weight fall off but if I get bored with the same dance routine everyday ( I'm no choreographer here) I get bored and start slacking off a bit so then I am starting over and stuff like that. I know just plain will power and discipline will fix that but while I am getting that together I can utilize some more ideas...;D
It was easier to keep at just getting on the elliptical everyday....but I want to be able to get a good workout in at home without going to the gym daily. So any ideas? The intensity can be a little up there- though I am thicker girl, I can actually move and keep up pretty good...so don't be scared to throw me some good ones...lol
I am not terribly sure or a health nut about what my nutrition would be but I usually mostly eat like fruits, salads, veggies, and meat plus lots of water. I also drink slim fast shake since the fiber helps me to not over eat. I may eat a peanut butter & jelly sandwich , ramen noodles, or egg sandwich sometimes throughout the day. I rarely eat fast food and drink sodas though sometimes I still do. But I tend to eat the same thing over since I can not cook and I just stick with what I know when eating so eh =/
But if anyone has a routine that they do or can recommend please share, Thanks!

I would cut the simple carbs, the ramen and slim fast aren't doing you any favors. Also watch the amount of fruit you eat because it's usually high in sugar. Also if you're eating pb&j use wholewheat bread and sugarfree jam. Personally I try to stick to a 40 minute cardio routine followed by 30 minutes of strength training. But when I'm lazy or tired of the gym I use some online workouts which are really great, here are some links. Hope that helps.

Thanks! I checked out those clips and most def will be looking into them to change it up a bit daily! That tonique one seems like it will really make me feel the burn after so many minutes of doing it. Oh and I am a 80's baby so I love the pump it up workout video with their outfits...hahaha I would dress that way while working out just for the kicks.
I am going for 1-2hours exercising a day so those vids will help keep it spiced up. Stretching ( muscle) , Strength Training ( build and tone muscle) , and then some Cardio ( lose weight) so that is the plan there in a nut shell.
I am mainly eating oranges/grapefruit/ and dried fruit( cranberries/blueberries). I may ditch the ramen noodles and PBJ after I finish's the rest of the food up and stick to a meal plan of maybe
Breakfast- Oatmeal mix with peanut butter and dried blueberries. Turkey bacon. Orange/Grapfruit. Water
Lunch- Salad, miso soup, Fish, orange/grapefruit/ water/ brocolli ( not really sure of any lunch ideas)
Dinner- Salad,miso soup, Fish, orange/grapefruit/ water/ brocolli
Then I will just maybe drink water and eat dried fruit in between meals as snacks.
I will admit I have a big appetite so the slim fast with the fiber does help me remain fill for a while but I can probably find fiber in other items too.
Re: What's your workout regimen or one you will recommend?
I was eating a lot of fruit and probably need to cut back as well. I've started using chia seeds in my water and drinks for fiber, though someone else in my weight loss group is using psyllium husk and likes that.
So you can get your fiber in with relatively inexpensive stuff, and just make sure you're drinking a lot of water.

That Insanity DVD workout system kicked my ass, and made it (as well as the rest of me) feel much firmer after just a week. I dropped a additional 6 lbs during that week too. It's awesome. As soon as my knee's healed I'm getting back on it. I went a little overboard trying to keep up.
Re: What's your workout regimen or one you will recommend?
I just did a P90X dvd, Plyometrics, and it KICKED MY ASS. I work out what I though was pretty hard nearly every and also with personal trainers and HIIT etc, and it still was hard. I (embarrassingly) had to pause the dvd twice so I didn't throw up or pass out.
Re: What's your workout regimen or one you will recommend?
How are the Insanity Work out and P90X on knees?
Re: What's your workout regimen or one you will recommend?
I did the lower impact version of the plyo dvd. and I still died, but my knees are fine today and were after the dvd as well. I have runner's knee and they're fine.
