Re: Starting a new cam site... tips?
I can certainly understand your frustration.
I have seen plenty of abuse of women working the stripclubs for 12 years, from owners, managers, and customers alike. As well as abusive behavior from some of the less-enlightened women in the industry towards customers and male staff.
I won't put up with that shit. Neither should you.
But we don't know that RonJo is looking for a 'quick and easy slice of the pie'. He simply asked what webcam models here would like to see in a new webcam site.
Re: Starting a new cam site... tips?
I don't know, personally, I find I do better with smaller sites than big sites that have been around for years. It's easier for me when I don't have hundreds of girls competing with me; I'm able to build better relationships with regulars and that's been bringing me/the sites I work for more money in the long run. Mega sites just do not work for everyone, and I am one of those people, but I'm still making more than a living camming on smaller sites so I'm totally fine with that.
I do think it's exciting to have a new site come up. I like the thought of getting in on a site and becoming a well known girl before the site gets really popular. I wouldn't mind taking a risk and committing to a couple of hours a day on a new site to test the waters as long as that new site can show me what their plan is to bring in paying traffic, and I believe that plan is viable. I have joined a newer site within the past year (stripville) that ended up tanking and while that sucked, I'd be willing to take a risk again *IF* the new site has a good business plan in place.

Sorry, but I will ask for whatever information I choose to ask for and if that information is not provided I will make my own assumptions.
If me asking for further information is "demanding" then his request for tips and insight was "demanding".
Re: Starting a new cam site... tips?
You would probably do better making a site for selling content (videos/pictures/physical items) passively.

You will likely get as much respect on this forum as you give. Which from what I've seen in this thread, ain't much.
There was nothing 'demanding' about his request, whatsoever.
