Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Did you ever find the answer to this?

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
It shows up "Payoneer ACH Deposit."

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
How much is the fee for this?
-
Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
The fee for me to do this with my SM payment is $3.00, which for me converts to way less than the percentages than using the Payoneer card. I don't remember if the fee is the same for all partners or not. Contacting Nissim would probably be your best bet to get this answered, he was very helpful in getting me switched over.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
whats the next best thing besides payoneer that i should look into getting?

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
I guess that would depend on what you're looking for caligirl. For me Payoneer direct deposited is my best choice. The next best, if you want cheapest would be to just get your check mailed. Other than that you're looking at a lot of fees for wire transfer to your bank.
It also depends on which site(s) you're working on. :)

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Yep Payoneer ACH deposit. It's 5 dollars and some change for me to do direct deposit. In my experience, direct deposit is the way to go for everything you get paid for. Those debit cards, they are a hassle and not worth the money or headache. I can't understand why some places I've worked at issued those pay cards and people took them constantly rather than a bank account. I can only think they couldn't get a bank account because they had overdrawn on some old accounts and were in the chex system, barring them from opening a new account until they paid off the money to their bank.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
How soon after payday do you gals get your direct deposit credited to your bank?
I like being able to count on my Payoneer deposit being every Friday afternoon. How much longer would I need to wait?
Thanks!

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
I get direct deposit payoneer from a company located in the US. I'm up in Canada. My payment reaches payoneer the same day it's sent out, and payoneer always sends it out to my bank the same day. I always have the $$$$ in my account within three (business) days. If your payments are sent to payoneer on Friday, you'd receive them Wednesday at the latest, although my payments never seem to take the full three business days.
I'll move this to industry insight, where Nissim can contribute (all the payment processor questions are supposed to be over there anyways, we just missed this one)

Mine is in every Tuesday.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
I do texting as well for a UK company, and when my money gets directly deposited to my personal US bank account, my bank charges me $20 for a wire transfer fee. Is this something that I would also incur using Payoneer ACH Deposit too? sorry just seeing what other fees I would be getting.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Hi Guys,
In addition to the Payoneer card, we offer many additional payment solutions, including our Global Bank Transfer Service. Not all companies that pay with Payoneer support the Global Bank Transfer Service, however most do (and we provide the option to all Payoneer partners).
This service includes the following:
- US ACH/Direct Deposit
- Local Bank Transfers
- Wire Transfers
Note: Payments show up on your bank statement as Payoneer Inc 800-251-2521. Companies that pay with Payoneer can request to have their company name included, however this is mainly done by mainstream companies and not with Adult-related companies.
For US direct deposit, we send payments directly to your bank account, from a US bank account. These would be standard US bank transfers, so they would generally take between 1-3 business days at most (usually much sooner). The cost depends on the partner you are receiving payments from, as they can all set their own customized fees, however it is generally a one-time set up fee of $5, and then $3 per payment (regardless of the amount, there are no percentages).
Local Bank Transfers are available in over 50 countries, and allow you to receive payments from a local bank in your country, in your local currency. They are not international transfers, which means they are far less costly and are processed much quicker (within 1-3 business days). There is no set up fee, and the cost if between $5.95-$9.95 per transfer (depending on the country).
Wire Transfers are available to an additional 150+ countries, allowing you to receive payments directly to your bank account. They are standard SWIFT transfers, which is an international bank transfer. The cost is $9.95 per transfer.
I hope this was able to answer any questions, however if not please post below or contact me directly, and I'd be happy to assist.

I realize this is a super old thread but since the subject is the same - why are some of us being charged $5 and some $3?
Just curious. I switched over this week and was charged $5 for my ach.
I realize it's only $8 extra a month but still... I wonder why?

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
It's possible that the fees are different for the specific partner that is paying you. May I ask which company/site you are receiving payments from (or can you PM me)?
-
Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Thanks!
The payment today that charged me $5 for the ACH was from Streamate, and in the post I quoted I notice that TM1975 said it was a $3 for her.
I get Payoneer ACH from ImLive for $3.
It's not a huge deal but I was just wondering why the difference.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
The fees for ACH via SM is:
- One time setup fee of $5
- $3 per payment
Can you PM me the payment ID, or your e-mail?
-
Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Thanks for the PM! In case anyone else wonders it is actually going to be only $3 per payment in the future - the extra $5 was a one time setup fee.
I'm relieved to have it set up. It's going to be so convenient to have the money go right to my bank with no worry of lost checks or having to carry an extra card around, and being able to get paid whether or not I'm out of town is a huge plus to me.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
I have not received my deposit, trying hard not to panic here. Bank of America usually credits ACH really fast so I expected to have it by Tuesday and right now it's Wednesday afternoon.
Contacted Payoneer support but no answer yet.
Does it take longer for the first deposit to arrive? Anyone else who gets ACH from Streamate still waiting?
---------
edited to update - I found a phone number for customer service and they are looking into it and said they would email me.
They said I should have had it by now. :(

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
In some rare cases, if you are receiving a transfer to a bank for the very first time (for the specific sender) they can take a little extra time to process it. This is generally caused by added security measures banks have, or certain approval processes they need to carry out.
Please keep me updated if you don't receive it soon (I double checked to confirm that ACH payments were sent out and processed by Payoneer).

I called back today and was told that something went wrong with my direct deposit and it should not have happened.
I double checked the numbers and they are correct.
Unfortunately now two deposits have been sent to direct deposit and I still don't have the first one. It was too late for Streamate to stop the one for tomorrow as it had already been sent.
The Payoneer customer service representative I spoke with today said my payment is being reviewed (whatever that means) and that I should receive an email when it is resolved.
I'm very unhappy with this situation. Anything you could do to help would be much appreciated!

Please send me an e-mail with the Payment ID (or just the e-mail on your account) and I'll check. [email protected]

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
I still did not get my money.
I contacted Bank of America and they have said there are no pending deposits and they have no record that Payoneer attempted to deposit funds. What is the problem that they can not just check the account and routing numbers and be sure it's right?
I have asked Payoneer to cancel the "missing" deposit and just credit my card.
I just got finished with live chat on Payoneer and the representative said they are still investigating and I will not hear anything until Monday.
I am also due to be sent another deposit that is sent today and now I'm wondering whether I will ever get that one.
Payoneer has my paycheck and I want my money! I was wanting this resolved before the weekend.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
OK, in case anyone else runs into this problem trying to set up ACH - If you use Bank of America there are two routing numbers.
Instead of using the one meant for electronic deposits (which is clearly marked on the statement I provided) they instead used the one for wires which will not work for ACH.
It seemed to me that would be obvious but for the future if you are setting up ACH with them, be sure you point out which routing number to customer service so that they use the one for electronic deposits.
They fixed it today and I'm expecting to get my money Tuesday.

Re: A question for those who use direct deposit through payoneer ?
Thank you again for posting and for updating us. I sincerely apologize for the error, and assure you that I will follow up with our payment department to make sure that it does not happen again in the future.
In regards to your payments, I'll make sure they are resent to the correct routing number as soon as possible.
