Newbie in Montreal Canada
Hi, girls,
I'm a Asian girl in Montreal, would love to start dancing, but there are things confusing me.
1. I went to a strip club in downtown, the bouncer said all Montreal strip club allows customers touch your body, boobs and ass. Is it true? Can I find a strip club in Montreal that's no touching? or like just dancers get to touch customers but not the other way around, except in VIP room? Or is it like this in other cities of Canada?
what about Vancouver and Toronto?
2. How do I find a club that's safe and not asking for extra? I didn't find the club reviews very helpful on this website, because there is not enough details and real reviews about the clubs. mostly just titles and genral information about a club. Is there a better club review website?
3. Do you tell all your friends you are a stripper? how do they react? I feel suffocated because I'm afraid to tell any new friends about my plan of become a dancer, and I'm new here, I only have new friends.
Please help me!!!!!
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
1. Montreal is pretty high in contact. I don't know that there would really be a low contact club there, but your best bet would be Ottawa. I find Ottawa pretty clean actually. Vancouver is also fairly clean but Toronto is super dirty.
2. This would be your best site to get actual girl's opinions but you could also try stripclublist.com however that site has a lot of shit talking and drama.
3. If you only have new friends I would say to not tell them, since you don't REALLY know them that well. People don't need to know everything about you.
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Thank you so much Tiabambia :) You have no idea, how much your a couple of words helped me!!!
are there a lot of strip clubs in Vancouver? I heard it's about 20 dollars/lab dance in NYC. Is Ottawa the same price? Could you tell me more about these cities? when you said clean and dirty, did you mean the city or the strip clubs?
the big clubs in Montreal doesn't take newbies, what about the other citys, do you know?
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
thank you all you girls!!!
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Dances in Ontario are generally 20/dance. Dances in Vancouver are pretty varied, someplaces it's 40 but 10 goes to the house and some places it's 50. There are a handful of clubs in Vancouver but most of the girls there are on "the circuit" meaning they are booked by an agency and paid a show price. They go to a different club every week and it's pretty intense. When I say clean/dirty it means in terms of extras in the club. I have no idea about working if you are not from Canada, maybe someone else could shed some light for ya. If you're worried about extras though I would def try Ottawa first.
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
1) Clubs all over canada with only a few exceptions are full contact, which means the customers are allowed to touch everywhere except the kitty. However, that doesn't mean you have to let them, and it certainly doesn't mean that they can touch you however they please. For example, my boobs are super sensitive, and I tell guys this when beginning dances. If you don't want them to touch you certain places just say so.
2) You will probably have to deal with extras at some point in your dancing career, mainly via customers asking for them, or dealing with working in a club/city full of girls that provide them. You just have to learn to get comfortable saying no and moving on to the next customer.
3) This all depends on you, how much you trust your new friends and how comfortable and open you plan on being about your new profession. I'd recommend keeping it pretty underwraps at least at the beginning to find out if you actually like it, and then you can go from there, telling people you feel comfortable with.

thank you so much girls, it really help me a lot :)
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Alberta is still low/no contact (approx $30 a dance sometimes more depending on the place), and as far as I know Vancouver/BC has one way contact unless things have changed. Although you need a license to work at the clubs in big cities in alberta which requires a social insurance number ect.
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Wanda's is a no contact club in Montreal.
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Thank you, I guess I will check out Wanda's. but don't take newbies, do they? I'm a pretty good dancer, but I don't have any strip exprience, will they take me?
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
Most clubs are pretty open to hiring newbies. I was actually quite surprised to see you say that the big clubs in Montreal don't take them. Just act confident, move slow, smile, and don't worry about fancy moves or pole tricks. You'll be fine! And if anything, Ottawa is only two hours away, and basically every club there will hire new girls. Contact is very high though.
Re: Newbie in Montreal Canada
i second wanda's. i was just in montreal canada on vacation with my fiance and wandas is my favorite. full nude but no contact dances are $15 idk what the dancers cut is or the house fee is. i talked to one of the dancers for a while and she said its usually busy, lots of bachelor parties. the food was moderately priced and fantastic. it seemed to attract young kids but also lonely upscale men who don't want a girl all over them/to be touching all over a girl, but just truly classy company. she said she does pretty well, and definitely well on weekends.
the girls there seemed less jaded too than the other clubs i went to. the other clubs i went to, it looked rough to be a dancer there.
good luck!
