has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I've been asked to meet with clients who swear they don't mean sex, just meeting me.
I find it hard to imagine they would be ok with paying for meeting me and no sex, but I've never gone there. Wondered if anyone else had and what was your personal experience?

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Never. I watch too much Forensic Files to ever accept an offer like that.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I have to admit that I did meet one man who I originally saw on cam. He'd been a regular for over a year and was coming to a town near me for a friends birthday. I had striked up a friendship with him during the year so I met him when he came here and showed him around town. Had alot of fun but money was never an offer. It was just 2 people meeting and I'd told friends about it and met him in public during the day.
We still cam sometimes and nothing sexual happened when he was here. I would be a bit suspicious of someone offering me money to meet though because I'd think they'd be expecting something.

Seriously....just really....You are saying "I find it hard to imagine they would be ok with paying for meeting me and no sex, but I've never gone there."
You just answered your own question!

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I would strongly advise against NOT meeting any cam client ever but if you are going to do so I would advise you to read through the threads in the other work section carefully.
Lets just say you believe the guy just wants to 'meet you' and is okay with paying for that privilege, you read all the threads, you decide to go forward, you take all the necessary precautions and ensure the meeting goes smoothly and youre safe and you protected your privacy the best you could- What happens next?? The 'client' is going to want to keep seeing you. You gave him the illusion you have a relationship now. Unless youre planning on adding escorting to your resume, youre going to break it off with him- hes going to freak out on you and the little bits of info he does know about you, hes going to use against you.
So now you got a guy who was a nice guy being an asshole- with tons of info about you spreading it around to God knows who in your chat because you wont see him again. Its just a bad idea.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Never.
Absolutely no desire to. If I were comfortable meeting anyone for any paid transaction, I'd be an escort with some measure of protection involved. But I'm not, so I don't.
-
Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I wouldn't do it and haven't done it. I cam because it's a (relatively) safe income source, so meeting with them would eliminate the best thing about it for me. The safety of distance and pseudo-anonymity.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Nope. I turn down all offers to meet in person, and it's a little annoying when guys say stuff like "I'm gonna be in your neck of the woods in a few weeks...we should meet up." Um...NO.
The ONLY way I'd see myself meeting those guys in real life is if I ever attend one of those Exxxotica events, and I happen to have fans there wanting to shake my hand and take a picture with me. :P

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Men also say, "I just want to give you a massage, you can take your top off. I promise it is nothing sexual."
"I just want to sleep beside you, I promise I won't try anything and that there will be no sex involved."
Anyone who has ever heard those lines figure out in a hurry that the men are actually just lying to get what they want and disarm the women. Men kind of have a history of doing that.

Hell to the mother fucking no!

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?

I'm a stripper. I have met 2 of my regulars OTC for dinner/theatre/winebar for a pre-arranged fee. One of them I went back to the hotel with (nothing naked or sex) to drink on or wait for the hotel breakfast to start (I passed out a couple of times and nothing untoward happened).
I wouldn't go back to the other regs hotel room cause I decided not to tempt fate (I believe I was lucky with the regular no. 1) and I also wanted to be able to say honestly that we had never been alone together.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
One time I was at a mall, I was parking my car, and I noticed this guy circling his car around and staring at me. I got out, and I started walking into the mall. I could feel his presence behind me and I started walking faster, he did too, I could hear his footsteps behind me. Finally I stopped to look at some clothes and he approached me shaking all over. And says,"I just have to tell you, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen". I said,"Thanks" and bolted into the store. Freaked my shit out so bad, I stayed in the store forever, while he was at the front of the store pacing back and forth! I finally had the girls call security to walk me back to my car. This is in the middle of the day, mind you. WTF just happened there?
I told my husband about it and he says to me, "I'll bet you he's one of your online fans" Hmmmm, He was probably right. Still creepy though.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I haven't met anyone yet, but anyone who asks hears that I'm $1k an hour PLUS expenses. I'd be serious if they were.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I value my safety. No one can put a price on that. Been asked many times on a daily basis and would never dream of meeting these people.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Meeting or hooking up with a guy on the side as a stripper is a bit different then doing it as a camgirl because as a stripper they already have a bit of information about you. They know where you are located physically, they know what car you drive, they might have followed you home one night, they know 'your friends' from work'.
Camgirl fans tend to be of the 'creepily obsessive' variety. Any girl that gets a I want to meet you request and is seriously considering it should ask herself if I do this then what happens next. Like I mentioned-its not going to stop at one meeting.
For camgirls privacy online is a number one concern. So basically for the rate of 1k an hour or whatever it is your charging him to meet you- thats what your selling, your privacy. Because once you give that away you can never get it back. You cant control what he does with it. You cant stop him from turning on you. You cant stop him from coming into your free chat one day and announcing youre a whore who lives in Boston that drives a green mazda that met him at the starbucks on first ave because you wont meet him again, you cant stop him from blogging about it about it or posting your videos on tube sites either. All you can do is ban him, file DMCAs and hope that no one was in your chat thats dangerous that heard him or stumbled on to the information hes spreading about you some other way.
I mean everyone is free to do as they wish. Ive had many offers to meet and Ive never taken any up. First you have to swallow the whole BS line they dont want anything sexual. mmm okay. Then you have to consider the safety aspects. Then even even if you agree to meet at a location an hour from where you reside theres still that whole what happens next question that I cant get past.
(IMO the only safe meetings is like TheBrownFox mentioned at Expo events)

I also want to add that it's pretty common in the club where i work for regs to not be there for the sexual aspect. We have a lot of very lonely old men who come to the club and will spend a lot of money tipping girls just to talk with them. A lot of them will take girls out for dinner or shopping trips or whatever, and there's no sex involved, it's just, they want to spend some time with another person. Unless this cam regular is the type who wants you to keep your clothes on and just talk to you about how your life is going and tell you stories about their decreased wife that they miss so much, I highly doubt they are looking for "nothing sexual."
Also, how many male friendships have we all had that have ended up getting screwed up because they claimed "they don't want anything sexual"? Or how many guys have asked you out for "just a couple drinks"? etc... And these aren't even creepy stalker camgirl fan types... just regular dudes.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Here's what I wrote in another thread that's covered this.
Quote:
I've met two guys from cam. One, because he seemed (after knowing him for six months on cam and him pretty much paying my rent and bills with all the regular cam sessions) like a total sweetie. He asked if I'd ever come visit. I said, pulling from things I've learned in Other Work, "Oh sweetie, I wish I could but I've got to make money." On cue he asked how much I'd have to make a day. I told him and he promised no physical contact over what we'd already done would happen. I knew I was asking for it by going up there but I went anyway.
He was a sweetie. Different than what I'd met on cam, of course you would be. I'm sure I was different than what he'd met on cam too. It was a nice little visit, obviously he did try to have sex with me. I said that I thought we'd agreed on no sex. He pretended like he was mortified with himself and he did seem chagrinned. He didn't try again and on the agreed date I went home. I didn't see him again because I knew that he'd try for more next time and I just didn't think I could do it.
The other guy was a regular I found attractive. After a few months of the usual length sessions he let something slip about the college we both went to. My dumb ass said, "Go *sports team*!" without even thinking about it. *facepalm* Of course, he was all over that. When could we meet, how would we meet, where would we meet, when, did I mention when? Not annoying, but insistent. I figured, what the hey, he's cute, I know his cock is nice, he lasts longer than about half these guys on here, I already know his cum face isn't fucking stupid.
What was fucking stupid was meeting him. He suggested meeting at a Chipotle. Should have been a red flag, right? From everything I'd seen on cam I liked him as a person so I thought maybe I could make him a regular fuck buddy thing. He was just, an idiot. He showed up and it was clear that he was super hyped to be meeting "Isobel Wren!" and he was just beside himself with glee like a little puppy about how we were GOING to have sex. It was like trying to have a conversation with a chihuahua that's intent on humping your leg. He'd seemed so nice on cam.
Fortunately I'd had my best friend do the escape call thing and "wouldn't-cha-know-it?! I just have to go HELP herrrr!" I think he knew it was a ruse, he got all quiet and said, "it was nice to meet you, anyway." (then he kissed the back of my hand, ICK!)
I avoided his, "it was me, wasn't it? I came on too strong." emails for a few weeks, never ran into him on cam again and that was that.
Here's the whole thread I pulled that post from:
http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...ting-Would-You
Oh, and the second guy, I hasten to assure you ladies, I didn't ever mention to him that I was considering him as a FWB. I only said, "Sure, let's met. We could hang out. You seem like a cool guy." Totally neutral language.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
Actually I just had this happen. The guy is probably the cheapest regular on any of the sites I cam on. His reviews on one site is because he spends 1-2 mins max in each private. An hour could easily =30-60 models. Do that about 20 times a month and you'll have easily over 1000 reviews. Now this is a tactic to create an air of " I'm just a regular joe". He never gets on cam so I assume the guy is hideous. He just messaged me saying he was going to be in my ( fake town) lol and wanted to meet up for dinner and drinks+ put his number in as if this was some dating site. Now of course he put " nothing else is going to happen", but it's clear that he thinks his happy go lucky cheap shows and personality will win the day.
I saw that he's gone to escorts on the site but one that does 15 min sessions at $85 . He didn't leave her a review but she left him one. I guess he doesn't want models to know he sees escorts. Does this sound like the guy any model wants to meet? HELL NO. This is one of those low tier type escort hunters looking for sex under $100 in person. He's probably used to meeting women off of backpage with specials. Why do I keep getting these fuckers in my room doing the "where are you bullshit" is beyond me. I've now adopted instant banning for anyone that asks in free chat.
The sad thing is that this guy went from one site to two others to see if he could find out where I was.
I've had a guy harassing me for awhile on MFC offering me $3,000 for sex but I sent him on to AW and said he can get a great deal there. I mean $3,000 could get him a middle tier escort for 10 hours out of the month. He got nasty and angry. I even posted in some backpage ads for him to check into. Hey If I can't give it , atleast he can find someone that can. The issue is that many of these guys are "problem clients" for escorts. I'm pretty sure some have been even blacklisted. So they tend to try and see if they can turn a cam model out into meeting them and of course the whole high of getting her to agree to it.
So I vote No on this prop.
If he's tipping serious crazy cash $5000+ your take or higher and hasn't pushed to meet like some creeptastic stalker type maybe? The vast majority no. Also some of these men are married and I'm not really interested in fucking someone's husband. Camming allows me to stay some what disconnected on that front.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
I've done it as a stripper - but like others have said, that is HUGELY DIFFERENT!!!
For one thing, they already know your general location.
For another, if things go sideways, you have a much smaller risk of them screwing up your business from then on. If a cam customer meets you, and gets all butt-hurt that you don't fuck him, then he can really screw with you - harass your social media, spread rumors that you escort to other cam customers, keep coming into your room under different names to harass you (either to meet again, or to tell you you are a bitch) or keep coming into your room to tell the OTHER guys that you are a bitch. You can block, kick, but they can keep coming back under different names, through proxy, etc. With a strip club, if shit goes sideways, you just get the bouncer to kick him out! He can hardly come back in under a different disguise, and if he comes back to hassle you, you can have him banned. Aaaah. Lovely.
I also think that the level of "sexual contact" is different. In the clubs, a lot of the time my customers were just hanging out, no nudity. Or guys treat it as entertainment, light fun, and see you as a performer. It makes it easy to maintain that "no sex" relationship. Whereas on cam, you have basically had sex with them already! They have seen you orgasm (even if you fake it), they have orgasmed for you, they have seen you penetrate yourself...it is much more complicated to try and go from that to a "no sex" situation.
Personally, I wouldn't do it. Not only because I know that it would upset my other half, but because I don't think it would be worth the risk. If my bf decided physical contact wouldn't bother him, I would start escorting, start taking all the precautions necessary and it would be a different story.

Re: has anyone ever accepted a offer for $$ just to meet someone?
There must be something about me... cuz I've never had a guy be so courteous to even try to be subtle about it. In pvt or excl, they'll straight-up offer me thousands of dollars to sleep with them. It's a little crazy... like, for example-
dumbo: bb, would you take $5,000 to have sex with me?
me: uhhhmmm, nope.
dumbo: how about $7,000?
me: Nope.
dumbo: why not bb?
me: cuz that's prostitution
dumbo: so?
me: .....and it's illegal
-dumbo signs off
lol. seriously. But yah- that's a No- I'd never meet up with someone I met on cam. Just too dangerous, and since they're on a porn site it's probably safe to say they want sex. :)
