I had no problems at all yesterday , but occasionally happens to get calls when my status is "not taking calls

Hi honey NF is having major problems try accessing them through Google Chrome.

The system can be glitchy depending on your browser and they were doing some tech stuff. I would send a note to CS, they've always solved my issues quickly or post in the NF forums.

Things have been okay for me logging on to the site lately -- but I just wanted to say that NF tech support is freaking worse that Streamate! It is the worst I've ever encountered on ANY site I've worked for.
I had a problem with my account. I emailed them a million times, I tweeted them more than once. It never got resolved. I eventually gave up ever seeing the issue get fixed and just made another account and had to start all over. :/

There are a ton of ongoing problems there. ( for a few months ) Customers calling and it says you are not available when you are - you get the call and it wont let you hit 1 to connect the call - customers cant reload their accounts - customers being overcharged ( the overcharges were all fixed to my knowledge ) ladies being set back several pages to no-mans land in the rankings for no apparent reason - it has been very odd there lately - if you read the forums there it is full of current issues - they are threatening to bring back bidding for placement and using the money for advertising - I hope they resolve the major problems before they charge for placement

Lately if I miss a call, the customer still gets charged for the minute. Is that normal and approved procedure now? Not that I'm complaining because I profit when it goes to my voicemail for the minute but wont customers have a fit for being charged a minute for a call that was never picked up?
And yes, I've had issues where I lost money because I couldn't press "1". And yesterday I declined a call. I checked my status that I was still taking calls. Then hours later it was changed to "away". I have no clue what their problem is but they need to fix it asap or they will begin to get a bad rep and lose custies, especially for us.

Mine has been more on the line of me being available and the customers calling and it tells them I am not available. I know because a lot of my clients prebook our time and have resorted to sending an email that it would not got thru when I am sitting there waiting for the call -the customer has to use a different account than the one they usually use to call me - calling on a different persona than the one they usually do --- I have also had numerous incidences of the call just going silent as if they hung up - but they are mid sentence or it is an unusually long time before Prudence (or whatever her name is ) tells me that the call has ended - I have had enough calls to know when it is a " different " disconnect if that makes sense and clients that will call for 20 minutes or more normally are getting cut short
