Re: Amazon
It is really easy to make a wish list on Amazon. Just go to the site and it is pretty self-explanatory. As far as not showing your name and address goes, here is what I do. First, I just use my stage name for my account. Also, instead of showing my address, in my wish list description I include my email, and I ask my fans to send me an Amazon gift card with the name of the item they would like to buy for me.

Re: Amazon
Your ship-to address is always kept private, but to be extra safe, you need to deselect the 3rd party option that allows people to purchase gifts that are NOT sold by and shipped from the Amazon warehouse. Otherwise, a customer can call the 3rd party seller and they may give out your shipping info. To be 100% safe, do what Ashley suggest and accept gift cards, and the customer can tell you what they'd like you to buy with your gift card.
This may not be a great option in the future, at least for us in the USA. Last year, my CPA told me that because online retailers do not collect sales tax, the government is expecting you to report every single item that you purchased from online retailers. This could be Amazon, Victoria's Secret, Walmart- it doesn't matter. If you do not report the items you've purchased, they can audit you. I'm not sure how much this will be enforced, though. And enforcing this would probably cost more than the IRS would recover in lost sales tax.. but that's the US government for you.

Re: Amazon
BTW, by address I meant city and state. Amazon doesn't show your entire address in your wish list's description.
