I've noticed that if I wear certain colors, guys will get certain impressions more. I always noticed that if I wear white and light pink colors (both being my signature color), guys will get the impression of innocence and purity, and cuteness. Lately I've been switching up different colors. When I wear my blue mini dress, I don't seem to give the same impression, nowhere near as much. I recently bought a black mini dress and will see how that works out at work. Whenever I've worn black before, I also don't give off the same impression to guys.
As for nerd stuff, I always try to keep my power levels hidden or very minimal when I'm talking to a customer. Although my heart fills with joy when a customer starts talking about computer games or java programming and as much as I would love to chime in about them, I try to keep the focus on him when I talk to him and I try to keep the focus of our conversations on the club. In the beginning I've noticed that if I don't hide some of my knowledge, I get friend-zoned and the customer ends up just wanting to chat for free and/or wants my number, and there goes money and time.
