If something goes wrong in an indie Skype show..(My advice, feel free to add more!)
I had my first experience with something going wrong during an indie show two weeks ago. A guy ordered a couples show and didn't tell me his cam would be on, since, from my experience, people who order Couples Cam rarely do c2c. When my husband came into the room, I didn't know the custie had hiss cam in. My husband saw, and was instantly..well, unable to perform. I tried to play it cool by giving him a BJ for five minutes and pretending to be super into it, but it didn't work. I was honest with the customer and told him that my husband was having issues because he saw his cock, and that to make it up to him I would send him four sex videos, with a total value of about $120(pricing based on what guys on ELM/MGF have paid), as well as do a 15-minute toy show for $15 the next time he was on. I normally charge $60 for that, so he would have definitely gotten his money's worth. The guy didn't sign on for TWO WEEKS, and when he finally did the other day, he asked about the toy show. I said yes, just send me $15. He was like "WHOA WHOA HOLD ON! YOU SAID IT WAS FREE! You said tt would be free as a "make good" for the other show!". I sent him the chat log where he agreed on the $15 offer, and he signed off right away.
Stuff like this happens, ladies. If something goes wrong during your show and it's partially your fault, take responsibility and make good on it. HOWEVER, don't feel like you need to cater hand and foot to the guy. Don't let anyone try to guilt you into doing more than you actually need to do. This kind of thing applies outside of the sex world, too. if someone buys a $75..thing from you, and it breaks before they can enjoy it, you'd give them a replacement, or store credit for something else worth $75, and maybe some coupons for next time. you wouldn't give them a $250 gift card, or a bunch of extra free stuff on top of the replacement product.
Salways do what you feel is right, and don't let anyone push you around!

The same goes for issues that happen with site problems. If NiteFlirt is having their notorious technical issues, and I'm on a call, I will send the guy a couple free minutes. The same goes for if you get a call and for whatever reason, your cam or sound isn't functioning properly. Sending a few free minutes along with a genuine apology is usually enough to earn you repeat business, assuming the technical glitch was just a one time thing.
