Club In Atlanta for a newbie?
Hi I am new to dancing just started less than a week ago and I really enjoy it except for one tiny thing.
I currently dance at Club Wax on Fulton Industrial in Atlanta Ga, and It is to phrase it lightly a little bit of a whore house. I know that every club has the pimps and seedy men that seems to be all that's in this club and not alot of cash flow. I want to know of any clubs in atlanta that are hiring. I am african american in skin only XD Ive been told I have the features of the islanders, and speak like a white girl. Im 5'4 without heels 130pounds flat stomach, with a super perky rack. Are their any clubs that aren't predominatly black that I can get hired at?
-thanks

Re: Club In Atlanta for a newbie?
I am brand spanking new dancer and I just got hired at a new club on Marietta Street called Stillettos. It used to be Dancers Elite but they gutted it and got new management. I don't know the money is because I am working on getting my permit this weekend and haven't worked my first shift but I am just excited to be in a club. You could try Follies on Buford Highway or Gold Rush on Metropolitan, both "mixed" clubs that I hear the girls do really well at.
Re: Club In Atlanta for a newbie?
Judging from they way you described yourself you'd probably do well at Pink Pony or Follies. I used to work at Wax so I know exactly what you're talking about because it's the reason I left. I have been contemplating Oasis I've been to visit and it's a nice mixed atmosphere of dancers.
Re: Club In Atlanta for a newbie?
Krazie if you are still a newbie try Goldrush.
And yes Oasis is good too.
Re: Club In Atlanta for a newbie?
Did you have to audition at stilettos? What was the process?

They did a body check and if you passed that they gave you the paperwork to get your permit. I'm not there anymore so I don't know if they have changed up any but I didn't have to audition.
