red light therapy?
i get free red light therapy, and it says its great for almost all skin conditions and is pretty much the opposite of tanning. helps cure acne, scars, aging skin, etc..
im super anal about my skin and being very gentle on it and using really natural cleaners and moisturizers but this sounds great! has anyone tried it? how soon did you see any results?

Re: red light therapy?
I've been thinking about trying it since Planet Fatass has these red light therapy booths and according to my "Black Card" membership privileges I have unlimited use of them. I'll let you know how it goes.

Re: red light therapy?
Oh I have done this since october and I love the redlight therapy! Its helped my skin a lot, with all the many problems its had. I am in the maintenance phase where you only go about 2 times per week to keep up your results and I have noticed if I skip for about 2 weeks, I notice my skin condition begin to go back to normal again. So highly recomended, just keep up your treatments!

Re: red light therapy?
Yes, I have (and love) a home device that I use several times a week. It makes a difference in my skin tone, pore size, etc. Red light (660nm wavelength) is supposed to help with circulation, boosts collagen/elastin production, etc. You really need to use it consistently to see and keep the results.

Re: red light therapy?
I saw results after my 1st visit. My face just had a glow to it I loved but I read up on it and most people don't see results till about a month. This helped all my skin issues, acne, rosacea, stretch marks, etc. Its great

Re: red light therapy?
Plus it gives u a bit of natural energy so I like to do it before I work out. Especially the beds you stand in and the floor vibrates.

Wanted to get feedback from you ladies that have been using this long term

Re: red light therapy?
I started using my Anti-Aging Lightstim device (one of the tools in my arsenal) about a year ago. When I use it consistently (3-5x/week), I definitely see a glow in my complexion that I don't get from anything else. Also, the fine lines begin to fade slightly after a few weeks of consistent use. It stimulates ATP production in the cells which help to increase collagen production. I decided to step up my at-home beauty regime because I was sick of shelling out so much money at the spas. For me, this was just as important as going to the gym -- your face, neck, etc. isn't going to look good unless you do something about it. Botox and fillers can only do so much.
