That isn't screening. Screening is VERIFYING that a man is who he says he is, and VERIFYING that he isn't LE (in the U.S.) or known to be any of the many types of bad guys, blacklisted, etc. References from other ladies are also helpful to let you know he is a gentleman and knows how the escorting game works.
I am email only for screening and booking. I only talk to them on the phone right before our meeting, to guide them the rest of the way to my location.
Hopefully some Canadian ladies will post. I know some things may be different there.

Obenta is 100% correct. E-mail is the way to go. If they pass e-mail screening you can let them text and if they are still kosher you can let them speak to you. A voice to voice convo should come well into the screening process and ONLY well after they have successfully jumped through several hoops. That should after their references have checked out with no red flags raised. Do you think I used enough metaphors lol. ?
