I did this last month. Loved it. NOTICED a big difference. FROG SQUATS as well.
going to do it again starting July 1st

does butt blaster count? im going to try it!! squats and those stomach exercises where you lay on your back and extend you legs straight but upwards. starting tonight!
of course they do, they can be hard after so many , like super hard
I'm planning on starting the 30 day squat challenge and the 30 day crunch challenge tomorrow! Taking some before and after shots. Haha
Whats the 30 day squat challenge? You do squats everyday for 30 days? You know you should wait 48 hours between each squat session or they will not be effective..JS
This is what I found when I looked it up. It sounds pretty brutal. If y'all live through this, I imagine I will find your glutes sincerely inspirational.

That's the one I'm doing. I tried it before... Got to day 8. Hahah, but I also do it holding my 20lb 1 year old.
Not the same but I'm on low carb. This is my second week-I'm still exercising as much as I was and it isn't easy but man is it working!! 5lb dropped in first 4 days, and I wasn't very in the first place, just wanted a flatter belly, so that's rather a lot. I haven't weighed myself since-I'm thinking maybe that was the initial large drop and now I'm just going tobe disappointed next time lol.
The squat challenge does look brutal!

Oooo...I wanna do it :)! I just did 50 squats with weights...guess this is day one then lol.
Doing them with a weighted ball helps me maintain proper form.
Baby bump hates squats. Maybe in a few weeks or month. XD
Any idea what workout would be best for maintaining once you're done? Providing I make it that far. ;)
I did something like this a couple years ago, squats in the AM followed by a protein shake. Noticed a difference in two weeks.
Id say to just continue to do squats about 2-3 times per week and sum cardio. After I had my boobs done, i didnt workout for 7 weeks at all, didnt do anything for fear that id get a contractor so I did something similar to this squat challenge when I started back up again, I did them everyday for a while, increasing the weight on the rack as I could tolerate, I am now up to 45lbs on each side, but Ive never been able to pass this, and its been like a year, I dont really want to either, Im nt trying to look all muscly but a good tone is good.
I've done the 30 day squat challenge before, and I definitely noticed a difference. But, my body in general is athletic/muscular, so this type of exercise just helped maintain that. The main difference between my regular exercises and this was my thighs were more lean than bulky...which I am totally ok with! :)
started yesterday. Told myself to just do fifty, but then just kept doing reps throughout the time period I had and wound up with 100. I'm already at 30 today but would like to go to 200. Read on the Black Hair forum that one chick did this and was doing 300/day throughout her challenge and her results (according to her) were pretty awesome. I can definitely feel the soreness though, but it's mainly in my thighs. shouldn't my ass cheeks be sore?
I've always thought of doing something like this... But then I see how many you have to do once you're a week or so into it and I'm like man I really don't wanna count that high...
