The Vanessa comment wasnt directed towards you.
Physical studios are a bit of a different animal than what Im used to or what this knowledge base about.
I understand it came from Liz but in actual application from working with a lot of people leaving studios it isnt standardized across the board. I keep correcting you because your knowledge is what administrators tell you, mine is what (many many many) performers have posted here on StripperWeb since I joined the site.
A lot of studios do bitch about DailyPay, it is a pretty popular service which is why they have special status on Streamate. Several adult webmaster forums, other studio owners and models specifically bitch about DailyPay as well as
the Avoid Studios thread on SW (enough to beg SW's admin to take down certain posts). It is fairly well known. And more to the point they have helped a fair amount leave studios? Including people who have said as much in this thread? Ideally it is the pathway to being fully independent, I wish it were a simple leap from being in (certain) studios to being independent but it isnt always. I think where we're butting heads here is I have more of the on-the-ground knowledge of interfacing with performers who have done it, tried it, succeeded (many) or failed (some) to transition out.
I havent seen these messages, Ive seen others from this studio owner in the past... Im not shocked by claims of rudeness, so I bet this is... a pattern, a public pattern and one known by the site. Ive seen a lot of super disrespectful stuff from (some) virtual studio owners and even if theyre shooting themselves in the foot... they're allowed to do so bc they can hold onto those performers. And not everyone knows to deeply research how to sign up for websites so many act with impunity. They become the "site owner" for the performer. It is a common enough method of recruiting models that is encouraged by most bigbox webcam sites so they dont have to do it themselves. Defers the task of model recruitment.
In CamSharks case it seems as if SM pays the models directly, but theyre still the model's "boss". Virtual studios help recruit new models for cam sites and (sometimes) provide more personalized support so theyre a benefit to major camsites, but theyre allowed to... behave however they want to an extent. If a model searches "how do I become a cam model" on google, only virtual studios popup bc theyre intense recruiters. They shield them from information on how to sign up directly for websites and how to leave. So it isnt as if studio models
So, I dont want to discourage the OP or others reading this thread bc you got a different set of information from one SM admin,
when we have a whole history of what to do and what has worked and what hasnt.. Also 3months is false, anecdotally Ive left my account unused in excess of that time period and signed back in and it was still active  someone just posted today that she didnt cam on SM for a year under a virtual studio (DP), streamed, and she was still under the studio
The reason I keep addressing you specifically is youre going with information you get "directly from Liz".... while Im going with information we've gotten from a battery of models throughout the site over the years. Two totally different perspectives.
There is no foolproof guide on leaving all Streamate studios the same. I wish. But simply not logging in for 3months isnt going to do it in all cases. In fact with studios like Internet Modeling (not to sound like a broken record) may make it worse. Which is why she should try out the options spelled out by a number of members who have done the same or been witness to members who have left this specific studio. I think discouraging her from using the tested and retested methods that people have personal or secondhand testimony towards does her a disservice.
