realistic expectations and areas for dancing
I am a new dancer and I have been camming somewhat but I think dancing would be better for fast cash. I am applying to a school in a year and a half and need 45,000 for my 2 years of tuition. Is it a realistic goal to be able to save that much in 1.5/2 years ? I don't have kids and plan on working my ass off. I feel like dancing could be an amazing tool to pay for my tuition without taking loans. I live in california but I am thinking about relocating. What area would be most profitable? I have done searches and california seems to be one of the worst.. My school that I am applying to is private and state residence doesn't matter. Any info would be great! thanks so much
Re: realistic expectations and areas for dancing
I think it's realistic if you have a good look, plan to get into the club consistently, and actually save your money rather than spend it. As for location, I'm not sure, but I do think you should consider the cost of living, state taxes, and the level of contact expecting for dances that each area offers. Since you're already in California, maybe you should consider Reno? I've heard mixed things about it, but Club Chat probably has some threads where you could begin looking into it.

it really depends on your hustling style as well..one club can be great for one girl, and for another girl be horrible!! that's twice as much as im able to save and i have a lot of bills and a kid so i think its realistic, sure! itll take a lot of work though. yeah, reno, vegas, it really depends on your style and how much contact you are comfortable with, how agressive you are what club would suit you

I think it is realistic, but I have not heard good things about the money in SoCal. NorCal is pretty much the same, unless you are okay with extras-laden clubs and Deja Vu owning everything.
I would suggest starting there for a few months until you really get the feel of it, and then go to either Reno or Vegas (since they are reasonably close). Vegas doesn't really pick up until around October anyway. I have a friend in Sacramento who makes around $350 a night on weekends, so if that math adds up to your $45k without too many work days, you could try Sacramento as well.
