Anybody receive their payment yet this week?
Hello, we feared it may be delayed due to the Holiday. We sent it out on the normal day (Friday March 30th), but some banks were closed Friday and some Monday. If you do not see it by tomorrow please contact us. We do apologize for this inconvenience.

Does anyone know who is running Support now? Seriously, that person deserves a fuckin raise. When Mark had the site I only had two experiences with support and both were extremely negative (one time all but blaming me for a chargeback from a dude who wasnt even on the blacklist, like im a psychic medium and could predict that shit and the other time shooting down an idea I was just throwing out there, but rudely making it very clear that trans girls would never be a priority on CMD), although I'm 99% certain that at that time Mark let She-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named handle support. Now support is so friendly it almost gave me a toothache, super speedy responses, etc. I'm digging the new support team, a LOT.

Hello everyone,
As you may have noticed, CMD ACH payouts haven’t arrived yet as they should. We now had the confirmation from our bank that *the ACH transfers should arrive to your account tomorrow*.
Please note that for a very limited number of people it may arrive only Friday (we have noticed that most people receive within 1 business day once the money is traveling, and sometimes within 2).
The issue came from a mistake on our side: the ACH mass payouts were setup this weekend for both CMD and IndieBill which we also operate, to arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday (our bank was not operating Monday).
However, the two batches conflicted due to a few hundreds dollars missing on the payout account on Tuesday morning. As a result our bank only sent the biggest of the two batches (IndieBill, which arrived today) and let us know today about this issue (which has now been resolved).
We’re truly sorry for this mistake which stacked up onto the delay caused by the Easter weekend. In order to avoid this from happening again we are taking 3 actions:
1) We’re moving the ACH payout issuance date to Thursdays instead of Fridays so that it will arrive generally faster and give some additional slack in case of issues
2) We’re asking our bank to setup automatic alerts for such issues so that if it was to happen again we could address it in a timely manner
3) We’re asking our bank to charge us in case of a small negative balance and release the payments instead of blocking them altogether.
Don’t hesitate to reply to this email if you have any questions.
Kind regards,
The CMD team
Hello,
A few people reached back saying that it was scary we are running low on money. We wanted to clarify this is NOT the case immediately.
The issue was with the available funds at a given time on the ACH payout bank account - which is a US bank account we opened specifically for ACH payouts. We do not keep any other funds there.
Our operating bank accounts are in Europe, where our company is located.
The issue was simply that at a given time (Tuesday morning) there were about $500 missing to cover the batch payouts (less than 1%) - the additional funds arrived since then (delayed by Easter).
Please note that Indie Partners, the company operating both CMD and IndieBill, is a funded start-up (that is how we could acquire CMD) backed by a public company. We operate at a profit and have cash saved for a rainy day!
Kind regards,
Ally
Payment came in before I had to contact you, thank-you! Also, I appreciate you keeping us informed.
Hello everyone,
Following the major issue of FirstchoicePay not being operational any longer, we're able to offer a first similar alternative : ePayments.
Please note that ePayments is not currently available to US citizens nor US residents.
We do not have 100% of the details worked out just yet, however we've tried to put together a succinct yet comprehensive overview of this solution for you:
- We already have an active business account with ePayments, so we're able to issue payouts to ePayments account owners already
- Just like Paxum, ePayments is currently unable to issue new prepaid cards (existing ePayments cards work just fine as far as we know) - they believe they'll need 4 weeks to do so again
- However, ePayments features many other ways to use the money on your wallet even if you do not have a prepaid card with them right away. You can access the list of possibilities & related pricing on this page: https://www.epayments.com/ewallet_tariffs.html
- Opening an account with ePayments is free and activation normally takes about 3 business days from document submission (beware that they are receiving a massive number of applications right now though)
- If you opt for ePayments, we recommend signing up with our referral link: https://my.epayments.com/#/registrat...=0&promo=Indie (we don't make any money but they promised to handle new payees referred by existing business accounts in priority)
- Assuming ePayments keep the same pricing for its new cards to come in a month or two, then it should be about those prices which apply:
==> $5.95 to purchase the card (free delivery in 2 weeks, or DHL $45)
==> $2.60 flat per withdrawal (+2.6% conversion fee if you withdraw a different currency)
==> Link to complete pricing: https://www.epayments.com/card_tariffs.html
Regarding our payout policy with ePayments it should (most likely) be:
==> Free payouts
==> $0 minimum
==> Payouts in Euros (conversion rate = 1% below the one seen on Google)
==> Unlike Payoneer / FirstchoicePay you wont have any fee on your end to receive your payouts :)
If you mean to opt for ePayments as a payout method, please let us know by replying to this email.
If you already have a wallet with them, please send us your eWallet number (it looks like 000-xxxxxx and is found in the top left when logged in).
If you do not want (or cannot have) ePayments, please simply ignore this email. We’ll address additional emails as we get more payout options to replace FirstchoicePay.
Kind regards,
The CMD Team
Hello everyone,
Many of you got back to us saying you would prefer to be paid out via Paxum, so we'd like to address where we stand regarding this payout solution.
We do not currently have an active business account with Paxum. However, seeing much enthusiasm for this solution we have submitted all documentation this morning.
Additionally, we've reached out to them through different mediums asking for an accelerated procedure if possible - we're awaiting their answer (all payout companies are very busy right now as you may imagine).
Assuming we get our business account activated, we will fund it immediately and offer Paxum as a payout method. Reasonably, there are no reasons why they would reject our application (we never had any issues with any other provider).
Still assuming we get our business account activated, our payout policy for Paxum would be the following:
- Free payouts
- $20 minimum for payout
- Payouts in US Dollars
For those of you who may not know of Paxum, they are a very well established adult-friendly e-wallet provider. Besides the prepaid card, they feature numerous other ways to use your money.
You can check their fee structure there, ways to use your money in the Paxum wallet here and it is available in virtually all the countries.
If you'd like to have Paxum as your new payout method, please let us know by replying to this email if you haven't let us know already.
If you had chosen another payout method and are reconsidering, no worries - let us know all the same.
Kind regards,
CMD Support

Is the email on the Dashboard page still the correct one to contact you with? I have sent several: one requesting someone be added to the bad clients list and another regarding Discord shows and never received a reply.
Anyone else having TONS of guys being assholes just contacting me to pay by PP???
I have a whole string of red cells on my Excel file & it's wasting my time.
While it's par for the course, I never got so many like this from ANY site before, let alone CMD.
Hello everyone. We try to add everyone that comes in. Please feel free to send them to the Skype Support as well as the email support. Also be sure you are messaging [email protected] and not the webmaster one. :) :) :)
Is there any way to enlarge that tiny video screen of yourself on Skype? I love C2C, but I'm used to the reversed SM format screen that's like "HAAAAAAAY this is what you look like" and then the guy's cam is like 1"X1" big.
Just wondering how everyone is doing on CMD this month? I haven't had a show in 2 weeks! This is so odd for me and my profile is just sinking deeper and deeper down the list.
When they first took over I was making more than I ever had been. NOW it's just assholes looking to pay by PP. Just had another one.
I have always found the guys on CMD to be assholes to me. Not friendly, demanding, arrogant, etc.
But this new "do you take PP?" is driving me INSANE.
Are these all scammers or they just don't have a credit card?
I guess that's the million dollar question.
All I know is that I'm wasting a ton of my time & I'm not happy about it.
The Paypal guys have always been there and they will always be there. I've been on CMD for four years now and I wouldn't say I've noticed a rise in Paypal guys, except that there have been some very real payment issues lately that sometimes prevent legit guys (trustworthy regulars) from paying through the site. Obviously those guys will ask about off-site payments. But aside from that it's pretty much the way it's always been for me, just on a larger scale.
That's probably not super helpful though. All I can suggest is to not let it get under your skin and try to minimize the time you spend on them before figuring out how they'll pay. One of the first things I ask (after the "hey, how are you"s) is where they found me. If they act cagey about that then there's a very good chance that they won't pay through the site and if they confirm that they won't then there's no reason to waste any more time on them.
