Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Like everywhere else in the world, it depends on the specific club. I didn't work with any black girls in France or Scotland, but that doesn't mean you wouldn't make money. All you can do is try out a shift and see how it goes!

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
From my own observations at least, being successful in western European clubs involves one of two things ... either a very 'cultured' demeanor, or a willingness to do much more than just dance !!!
Also, these days, it's virtually impossible for a girl who only has US citizenship to be legally hired in any western European club ... due to the Maastricht treaty giving priority to 'EuroZone' citizens over citizens of other countries. Girls who are not 'EuroZone' citizens, but who are citizens of 'Commonwealth' countries ( i.e. UK, Canada, Aus, NZ, SA, etc. ) have a 'back door' available allowing legal work in western European countries via the UK's treaty agreements with the 'EuroZone'.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
^That's a very good point. Commonwealth ladies can often get some sort of working holiday visa that will allow them to work in a European strip club, but American gals are SOL on that front, and clubs simply don't sponsor dancers for work visas because there is no need.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
German men can't seem to resist black/mixed women.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
I don't know how well black girls do in Europe , but I can say that European men do like black women ... Some of my best customers are white European men ... And I live in Miami and when I go out to nice high end clubs in South Beach , those are the ones that hit on me the most .

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Europe doesn't have that negative racial stigma towards African Americans from slavery that is so prevalent in the U.S . not saying that they don't have issues with race , it's just not as big an issue as it is here . And also there is not as many African Americans in Europe , so some of them have never met a black woman in there lives until they go to a strip club.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Most girls working in europe are white east euro girls so black girls definitely stand out which I have seen can to be an advantage. I have worked with black girls who made fantastic money but it was also cos they were hard hustlers.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
I work with a black girl who went to Norway and she banked. I talked to the owner of one of the clubs in Magaluf (Spain) and he said that being black would be a massive advantage as they've only had 2 in the last 6 years!

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Yeah I think black girls do well in Scandinavian countries. One of the examples I was thinking of was in denmark.
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
I don't work in European club but at one point I was the 'token' black/mixed girl working at the club here.
I just went on about my business as usual but I got lots of comments from customers of European decent. Many of them having a 'black girl fetish' or just love black women but never had the opportunity to meet/date/etc. woman of color.
I think it could go either way for you. Worst case scenario you have to deal with racism/prejudice.
you just have to test this out on your own and keep a positive mind before you go.

Are you serious about them never seem a black person before? There might be very little african "Americans" but there's tons of africans. Ever been to France? Ever seem how Nigerians in Italy are treated? And how a very vast of their prostitutes are from Nigeria. And there's more black people in Germany and France than Italy. And I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but there's racism in Europe, as big or bigger than it's in America. Check out the muslim vs France issue, and most of those muslims are North African. And while they're light skin by south african standards, they're dark skin to europeans.
Other countries such as Sweden are having immigration problems too. And the Turks are not treated very kindly in Germany either.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Erm there may not be many African Americans but there are pleanty of African immigrants! People who have never seen a black person before in europe lol at that thought!
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
I have totally heard German customers who go crazy for black dancers claim they have never seen black women in person (I work in the US). Maybe they think it's a good pick up line or are just trying to let other dancers down easy? SMH.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Oooooops EXCUSE ME ... Lol ... Let me clarify for you ... When I said never "met a black woman " I ment to say encountered or interacted with on a personal level ... Second... When I say African American I mean black in general ...I just don't prefer to say black ... And of course I know there are tons of Africans in Europe ... I'm AFRICAN born in Africa living in America ... So yes sweetie I know ... And as far as how Muslims are treated in France that is more of a religion issue than it is race ... Lastly I'm sure the idea seems far fetched to you , but as a black / African / African American female dancer ... I've had many customers tell me I'm the first black woman they have ever spoken to , touched or encountered ... And I live in AMERICA ... Soo I can only imagine europe

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
^^^^^^^^^^
ha ha ha ha ha I think they are having you on, I wouldn't imagine until you have actually visited here, black people are everywhere.
and that's only the immigrants we know about or our government is telling us about, it's also very offensive to refer to all black people as African Americans I have many friends who would be very offended by this although it may sound nicer to your ears it certainly doesn't to Kenyan born or second generation Sierra Leone etc to be referred to as African Americans as they aren't Americans!! Reminds me of Bruno when he goes on a chat show and keeps telling African Americans that he went to Africa and it was full of African Americans and they all keep telling him they are Africans and he still calls them Africans Americans plain ignorance!
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
No I don't think they are " having me on" whatever that means ... I'm speaking about MY experiences with .. WHITE/ American men .. Some places In the U.S are still very segregated . So I do believe my customers when they say things like that ... So maybe YOU can't imagine untill you have been HERE... And FYI I can use any term I see fit to describe blacks / African Americans or Africans ... I fit in all 3 of those categories ... Sorry I didn't specify to your liking ... I'm an African girl rAised in America ... I know the difference but it's not that serious.. I'm sure your African friends wouldn't be THAT upset ... Stop nitpicking minor technical things ... It would be like me wasting time to tell you that using "nicer " is not proper English ...

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Yeah I'm sorry but as a black person living in Europe I would find it weird that you would call all black people "African American" even though they are not American.
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
How do you know they're not having you on if you don't know what it means? I have spent time in the Americas and haven't made assumptions about there like you have about Europe, you can use any term you are correct but you risk sounding very ignorant because trust me there are thousand of different black cultures all over the world and trust me again you don't fit into every one of them , second generation Mozambique, third generation Kenyan, british born Jamaican and Sierra Leone(like my BFF ) I could go on but it would be wasted on someone who doesn't get they aren't a representation of every black person in the world! And thinks every black person should be referred to as African american, you sound very sheltered and ignorant, I hate to say it but I don't think you should talk on matters you don't understand.

Agreed that the 'blonder' and 'whiter' the European country, the better a black dancer is likely to do in that country. However, the degree of sophistication and 'culture' projected by the black dancer still matters big time. On the flip side, blonde 'Barbie' dancers who tend to be well received in US clubs will have great difficulty drawing a whole lot of attention in a Nordic country club that is already full of blonde 'Barbie' local dancers.

News bulletin ... while not officially acknowledged, most of western Europe is actually more 'segregated' than the USA, at least in terms of geography / neighborhoods. Like the US, this 'segregation' is now primarily an economic issue ( rent / property price levels ), as well as an active desire on the part of many European 'minorities' to form / remain in their own local communities.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Completely understandable .. But when I was replying to her post .. I was thinking about African American woman , in America traveling to Europe... Curious though ... Do black Europeans of no African descent call themselves black ??
If you were filling out a document and it asked for race .. Would the category you would choose say black ? Here in America the choice would be " African American " .
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
^^^ European govt's aren't as hung up on 'race' ... it will ask for citizenship - Kenyan, Nigerian, South African etc.
-
Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Afro Caribbean or British black or just black(african) are terms used in the uk on things like job applications . It's also worth remembering in the uk we have more mixed race marriage and relationships than any other western country including USA.

Re: How well do mixed/black girls do in European strip clubs?
Lol ignorant and sheltered , I am neither of those things . I don't know what assumptions your speaking of but ok. I absolutely do NOT think I'm a representation of every black person in the world ... Im consider myself black , because of my skin and how the world views me. I'm African because I was born in Freetown Sierra Leone , and my family is Liberian and I grew up with African parents and African values , I'm African American cus I'm an African who grew up in America and have assimilated to the culture .. I never said every black person should be called African American . Like I said before my post was referring to " black women " in the U.S. Please don't refrain to me as ignorant when you don't know me ...

Here's some assumptions you made

Assumptions assumptions go to parts of Europe to see ethnic minorities as the lowest of the low before making up your own theories.

imagination and not fact, I live in America so I can imagine what Europe must be like! What?
And I speak British English so nicer is a word, this coming from someone that babbles , cant construct sentences and can't tell the difference between there and their!
You're doing a good job of showing yourself up!
