The titanic song. I did it as a joke though and was totally goofy. It was during a day shift and customers gave me mad tips and loved it. :) I have a very playful personality. It all depends on the crowd, really. Id never do that on a busy night shift!
Not too long ago my customer and manager got into a little argument right before my set (I wasn't involved).. The whole crowd saw them going back and forth.. I told the DJ to play "Why can't we be friends?" by War. All parties got a lil kick out of it
People saying that songs are impossible to dance to kind of baffle me. If you can dance you can dance to anything and look good doing it.
There are songs that I cannot dance to. Some songs just make me feel so awkward and unsexy... I had a regular ask the DJ to play his fav song for one if my sets once. It was a slower, a Capella version of Comfortably Numb (normally by Pink Floyd). I could totally pull of the Pink Floyd version, but this version was awful. It was this girl who sounded like she was 11 singing with a hand drum.
I also worked at a place where you had to share a stage and each girl could pick a song. Girls picked such bad music. I danced with once girl who liked to play "Brick House." It was her thing and she was this thick, busty, crazy girl so it fit her. It did not fit me. Another girl I was paired with played lots of Ani Difranco. That was fucking awful. Any kinda Lilith fair stuff makes me feel like I'm raping a kitten, while I'm dancing.
I commented earlier about the song "Motherlover." If I could block out the words, I could dance to that song, but I can't block out the words. No one can. When I'm on stage and that song played, I wanted to crawl inside my own vagina and disappear.
Hands down the worst thing I've danced to while onstage: Gangnam Style.
