Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Soooo... I am an escort, but the problem with escorting is, the longer you do it, the less money you end up making because you're no longer novel (unless it's from regulars. But I burn out quickly in escorting so I'm always losing my regulars.)
I am interested in being involved in sex work for the next few years. I'm only 18 years old, and completely open and comfortable with this industry. I know I have another good 10 years or more that I can do this on the side, while I'm going to school etc.
Can you strip long-term, without your value going down? Does your value as a stripper go up the longer you've been working? Will I make more money as a stripper who has worked for 3 or 4 or 5 years than a stripper who has worked for 3 months/6months/1 year?
Thanks lovelies ;) <3

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Been dancing for close to 7 years and my income hasn't stopped going up.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Agreed. I've been dancing on and off for ten years, and I earn more now than I ever did before. :)

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Same for me. This is my eighth year dancing and every year my money gets better and better :-)

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
I think most girls' money goes up as they gain experience. Also, you could always travel dance. Then you are always a fresh face!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
No complaints here. New girl money always wears off.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
At my club the veteran girls make more money than the new girls. Though I do think some of them are doing extras.
There is one lady who has been there for 20 (!) years and she has a few regulars and must be making money, otherwise she wouldn't be there I guess.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
you earn more in my opinion! up to a point of course, that point being when you start looking bad, feeling bad, and burn out. but considering you are only 18, i would think you'd have a ways to go! i earn way more than i did when i first started.. experience! you learn to dress better, do your makeup better, hustle better, read customers better, and develop regulars. just be sure to take care of yourself physically and emotionally

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Like with escorting, regulars can be very important to your income as a stripper. I do, however, find that they're not AS important, especially if you work in a busy club since there are always folks coming into the club for you to hustle, whereas, as an escort, you're waiting for them to come to you. The longer you dance, the tighter your hustle usually is, the better you can read the clients, the stronger your conversations are, and the smarter you work.
Of course there are exceptions to this and some veteran strippers are total trainwrecks, but as long as you have a good head on your shoulders, you can do well at this long-term. I actually find the older gals (late 20s-early 30s) are, most consistently, the higher earners. They can hustle circles around the youngin's!
There's also a point where older dancers can better related to the clientele, which often tends to be older. Some of the clients aren't as into the younger gals, simply because there isn't anything in common there, so they can't hold an interesting conversation for a long period of time. Young dancers can be fun for a few dances, but the long strings and VIPs go to the older dancers who they can really establish a rapport with.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
As a stripper I feel my money has gone up with experience and time at the same club.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
^^Yes. In my experience, there is almost always room for income growth as your knowledge of the customer base and networking improves with time. I understand that "new girl money" is a legitimate phenomenon in some clubs, but oftentimes I see the idea manifest in two harmful ways. First there are the dancers who buy into it from the start and experience a self-fulfilling prophecy. Second, there are dancers who use this as an excuse when they stop making money because they are actually doing something wrong! If you experience a drop in income, always think critically about what may be causing it. Sometimes it will be you, and that's okay. Everyone has room to improve, but you have to self-reflect and make changes to do so.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
^New girl money is great, but I find it's not as great as the money you can make as a seasoned hustler. New girl money just feels like more because you've either never danced before or never been at that club before, so you're not aware of the actual earning potential and it just seems to have fallen into your lap. The money you make as a seasoned hustler gradually increases and IME totally surpasses new girl money.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
My money has gone up and down, over the years. But, I've worked at a lot off different clubs is different parts of the county, so that has a lot to do with it. Some clubs are better than others. New girl money is always nice.... But even that depends on a the club. In ginormous, touristy clubs, I've been a new girl and know one has even noticed. In my experience, regular $ is the best $. (As in money from regular customers, if that wasn't clear.) And it takes awhile to develop good regs. So, I agree with the other ladies here. Veteren $ is best!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
I have made the same money for the years that I have danced. I do find it easier to make money when your a new face sometimes but different clubs bring different money. I like the ones that bring consistent money all the time, you just have to find one/some for you.

Wait...you are only 18 and your money in escorting is already going down? I wouldnt worry about money going down dancing with time, rather the opposite because you get better at it...and if you are planning on dancing for 5 years, you will still only be 23 and be considered very young in this industry! When I read veteran stripper I think of girls in their late 30's and older who have been dancing for 10-20 years.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Your earnings depends on how well you hustle, dance and communicate with the customers. It does not matter how long you have been dancing; as long as you got the skills to keep guys coming back, you can have the same regulars for years.
Value never goes down for a stripper. Guys are willing to pay over and over for something they can't have; that is until they snap into their senses which could take years and then you have your new regular to take his place :D
Good luck!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Yes I make a lot more. Ive been doing this since I was 19 and I think Ive seen or heard it all so I know how to adapt to changes and situations that arise!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Agree totally, I'm 24 and going on my 8th year dancing and I just keep getting better. I'm typically top girl looks wise anywhere I go but from 18-21 I sucked at hustling. I feel you need to be an adult with some miles to be a good dancer. Like any high paying career to need a background. 8)

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
I'm a veteran dancer having worked at over 70 clubs in 14 states for 9 years. My income got better into my 3rd year and years 3-current have stayed the same. I'm usually the top earner that dancers hate and try to get fired. With experience and hustling you will always make more!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
^ Lol. You have 15 posts all bragging your a top earner ( that girls want to get fired) in your mind or the rinky dink clubs you work and all your posts your asking for info. Not one giving any. Just wanting info and bragging about girls wanting to get you fired! Lol and you wanna talk about me? I think the girls wanting to get you fired has more to do with your attitude! Also love your hiding under a different name.

Ok Michelle. Like you said in another post I don't know you and you don't know me. You have no idea what clubs/states I work in and have worked. And I honestly could care less how glamourous a club is or what you (someone I have never met - thinks about me). Ive been coming on here for years but I rarely post. I actually have a life and don't need to be on SW everyday.
As far as rinky dink clubs go - It's about how much money I have in my pocket when I leave is what matters. Many girls in all these great upscale clubs are doing more to get that money. I'd rather have the $$$ AND MY DIGNITY when I leave. And yes, I have worked in many upscale not rinky dink clubs I just have my preference and you have yours.

Also, I have had plenty of girls dancing in nice looking upscale clubs where they are barely making 200-300 a shift wanting to know where there is better. UPSCALE doesn't always mean more money. If the club is empty it ain't going to help you if its upscale or not. I'd rather be at a club with a steadily flow of customers with money flowing. Easy to sell dances with actual freedom and not a bunch of rules.

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
I told you ok cool in the other thread. I posted this after you made it sound, hmm like you were saying shit about me. No need to defend yourself! You work were you work and I work where I work! Different strokes for different folks. I travel were the money is period.. Good night!

Re: Do you make more money as a veteran stripper ?
Also ...quit saying backhanded shit. You've been on here everyday. I travel 10-12 days every other month so I come on here when in between trips or I'm out of town and get my 5th pm for the week...
