most customers are actually kind of turned off by girls who shit-talk their co-workers and try and start petty drama, so they may just be shooting themselves in the foot and making you seem possibly even more attractive. i remember when i first started stripping i was being a little cunt and decided to shit talk a girl i worked with and tell the customer how "dirty" she was. well he immediately got dances with her afterwards and i learned my lesson early on
If I were you I would let it go and just focus on YOU, and being the best and most successful dancer you can be.
When girls feel jealous or threatened, they attack to try and disrupt your life. They'll talk shit about you, start rumors etc. I've had girls throw ice on my stages, key my car, and write horrible stuff on my locker. (And much, much more!)
If you go and confront every person who TRIES to disrupt your life, they're getting what they want. They WANT to effect your life in a negative way and make you unfocused at work. I'm sure they see you doing well and are jealous.
I am very tired right now, so I'm gonna be blunt. If they're all talking about you and trying to bring you down, you're doing something right. People don't take time and energy trying to bring someone down who isn't competition.
Stay strong. I know it sucks, and it's hard. It comes with the territory if you're a successful person. Don't sorry about it messing with your money. Customers pick up on shit like this, and if anything, it will effect the mean girls money.
If you refuse to acknowledge drama, you will have no drama. That's how it works. Just ignore it. The customers really don't give a damn what the strippers say, especially when it's petty mean girl crap.
Just do your own thing and ignore it and you'll be fine. Seriously. I've never had an ounce of drama in a club and it's because I refuse to engage. I'm there to talk to customers and make money. The other girls could all cease to exist for all I care, they have nothing to do with me.
The only customer that will care about drama is the one that is there more than the dancers, bringing them food, at every event/party the club throws, ect... They never have money so you shouldn't be spending time with them anyways.
Haters are just free advertising. ::)
Ok..I'm trying to go back dancing..haven't done so in a while but I will say this..it seems to me this kinda crap is EVERYWHERE! I've encountered it myself in vanilla job, grocery stores, you name it! Envy rears its ugly head.
I agree, even tho it may be difficult, ignoring works best.

THIS^
^This. Men aren't interested or impressed by this kind of behaviour in general. They are even less impressed when someone's "bitchy" attitude is ruining their "play time".
If you ignore them, they will get bored and move on to the next new girl who they see as a threat. I wouldn't confront them, personally, but just "wait it out".
Exactly. Just ignore it. At my old club I was friends with a group of girls, and then all of a sudden they started being super clicky and ignoring me and spreading rumors about me. It was jealousy, when I became friends with them in the beginning I was getting back into my stripping groove and not banking, then I got into my stripping groove and starting making more money than them.
When people are rude to me like that at work-- and this includes girlfriends of customers, I got thrown across the bar a few weeks ago by some guys girlfriend who didn't like me talking to him-- I just use it as motivation to hustle harder, make more money and throw it in their dumbass fucking faces. These girls want to fuck with you and even more they want to fuck with your money, don't let them.
I agree haters are free advertising. Guys will be curious about you and will spend money just to get the scoop. They are doing you a favor. Others want women to fight over them so yup this is all a childish game some men even instigate. If the guys are telling you this ignore them. It may not even be true and for all you know they are the ones spreading the gossip to watch a cat fight go down.
Jealousy is inevitable when dealing with money and b*tches.
It's so hard not to say anything (because things could escalate to physical quick) but I will give the most evilest death look glare to let a b*tch know - subconsciously - to back off.

Just focus on making money and the haters will seem insignificant.
Unless you are working at a really rough club, the worst these girls are going to do is talk. Be glad it is just talk and not jumping you in the parking lot for your money. If you ignore them for long enough, they will shut up. That has always been my experience anyway.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
