What makes you decide to change clubs?
I hear a lot of you ladies talking about all the different places you've worked, and how you consistently banked at X club, Y club has great management, etc. I have only ever worked at one club myself, so I'm curious. What influences your decision to leave if you're doing well at the club you're at?
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
bad seasons, boredom, getting suspended/fired,bad management, unsafe working conditions, too much drama, having to move, any number of reasons. i've tried different clubs just for a change of scenery or because i thought it would be fun
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
money. thats really it. the only time ill switch because of management is if they are doing something that is directly fucking with my money like kicking me out of vip rooms. or like, anything thats extreme unsafe to the point i think im in constant danger.
but at the same time I usually work a several clubs at once and like to move around just to get some fresh air. I just always stay on good terms with the other clubs.

My quest to find the Holy Grail of strippers: Someone skinnier than me with bigger tits, smaller feet and all their teeth. ::)
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
I've switched clubs in the past due to new management, an influx of girls, the club getting slow, and just wanting to try out new clubs out of curiosity or change of scenery. Here in Detroit extras are extremely rampant and when there is a large number of girls coming to work at the club I'll leave if the club isn't busy enough to accommodate clean dancers as well. I've only left a club because of management once, and that manager was horrible. He bragged about beating women, has a prison number because he beat an ex of his, and treated the strippers terribly. So I left. I just found out the other day that the club finally fired him but the club I'm at now is much busier so I'll stay for a while. Luckily there's like 40+ clubs in metro Detroit area, so I have options.
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
Frustration. It's usually a slow build up of disappointment until a small straw falls from the sky and breaks the proverbial camel's back. A few times, I have noticed that a club was headed in a bad direction... new/worse management... shitty conditions.... rule changes that work against strippers... customers migrating elsewhere... unreasonable fee increases... or any combination of those things.
I give a club a chance to improve... but usually they don't... and I try another place. I leave on good terms and I can come back if things get better. It's just business.

Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
I've switched clubs to avoid regulars who have become problematic for me. I'm ok with a love sick regular just hanging around or whatever, but once he starts messing with my income potential (telling other customers we're dating or married, for example) it is time to move on to greener pastures.
I've also worked at different clubs for a change of scenery or because I wanted to get out of town but couldn't afford to take much time off.
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
If I'm going through a rough patch in life (dealing with an illness or injury, the death of a loved one, a bad breakup, etc) or I've gotten out of shape or just haven't danced in a while, I prefer to be in a smaller, dirtier place where I can be the queen of the neighborhood just by being pretty and not having any obvious drug problems.
When I feel like I'm at the top of my game, I prefer a less drama-laden environment with rules and cameras and attractive co-workers and whatnot.
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
Usually because I wasn't making enough money, or because I had problems with management or the girls there, general bad vibe, but usually it's about money. I haven't moved around a lot, I mostly worked at the same club in LA and I was really happy there so I never really thought about leaving, I more moved around before I got there.
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
three reasons ...
- poor earnings potential ( net of local costs of living ) for the amount of time and effort I was willing to devote.
- elevated risk of a ( bogus ) bust due to conspicuous 'extras' being offered by some dancers / local politics
- seriously 'unprofessional' clubowner / management
Re: What makes you decide to change clubs?
Clubs that have unprofessional management and staff are the worst.
Clubs that allow extras and don't have any standards when hiring girls is another reason to move on.
A change of scenery is nice every once in a while though and can be kind of refreshing too!

When having all your teeth and being under 200 llbs is a bad thing. >:(
