I was curious about this, too, because it would be hard to do something like a sleeping voyeur show without interruption from pets. I also was browsing the other day and saw at least three ladies with cats on screen in free chat. One of them was petting the cat and talking about it, which seemed pretty bold to me. I looked through the code of conduct, performer manual, and TOS and couldn't find much about animals on screen. I may have missed something, but here are links to the documents and the only relevant quotes I could find:

From the Code of Conduct: "Performer agrees that s/he will not violate any law concerning obscenity. Performer shall not portray depictions of sex involving any person under the age of eighteen (18 ) years of age, rape, incest,
bestiality, fisting, necrophilia, any form of minor activity, urination and/or defecation."
From the TOS: "You may not use, or allow others to use, your Streamate account, either directly or indirectly, to:... (1) post, transmit, or promote any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory,
obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable Content;... (3) post, transmit, promote, link, or facilitate the distribution of content that may generally be considered obscene, including, but not necessarily limited to,
bestiality, urination/defecation, fisting, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage presented in a sexual context, or any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or sexual situations, acted or depicted."
I put obscene and otherwise objectionable in bold because it might be possible to argue that an animal on screen with a cam model is obscene or objectionable, even if nothing sexual is happening. I really have no idea, though.
