Where to buy "regular" nice clothes?
The other day, I needed some nice shirts to wear to my vanilla job, and found out that there don't seem to be many options out there for us ladies who are disproportionately larger up top. I really can't stand the shirts that have sheer portions to them, and obviously, a button-up isn't going to work! I almost never go shopping, so I have no idea where would be the best place to find something that I could actually wear. I know that places like Banana Republic and BCBG probably have some options, but I don't want to spend a ton of $$ if I don't have to. Suggestions?

I just had my boobs done and I'm about a J cup now and a size four on the bottom. I buy button up shirts from Express and they fit without gaping apart at the buttons or making me look fat.
I was really surprised by how well they fit and that I can still look modest when I want to.

Express is quality for sure. I seem to recall you're in the Philly area-if I'm right about that the outlet malls in Lancaster are definitely worth a trip. Amazing deals to be had out there.

I love outlets, & designer thrift stores..how about Ann Taylor/Loft?

I used to love Cache clothes because they are stretchy and can fit big boobs. Victoria's Secret has great clothes too, even suits. You can always try ebay too.

Seconding Ann Taylor Loft, I'm busty and built across the shoulders and can usually find something cute there. Often on sale. That said, I don't know how young you are, the styles might be a bit 'mature' for you. I suggest trying TJ Maxx and Marshalls, grab averything you think is appropriate and try on gobs of tops.
Forget about low-end teenybop stores like Forever 21, they never have boob-room.

How about Ross? They're similar to TJ Maxx, Marshall's

I like to shop at pinupgirlclothing.com for non-stripper clothes. I'm a 34DDD and the items I've purchased fit nicely.

That made me laugh! Late lst year I was checking out Land's End for silk long underwear to wear under ski stuff during Polar Vortex season and ever since then, they have been sending me offers for the most horrific old lady clothes.
They do stock cool backpacks for the outdoorsy-types.
