first question do you have any other citizenship besides USA ? This has a huge impact regarding which countries would legally allow you to dance.
In regard to Guam, IMHO it's best viewed as a 'working vacation'. Generally speaking, any club that needs to pay dancer travel and accommodation expenses does so because the working conditions / earnings potential are insufficient to entice dancers to work in said club on their own.
I am only a citizen in the US
^^^ well, almost without exception, that makes it a practical impossibility to legally work as a dancer in Canada, in the UK, in any Western European ( EU ) country, etc. It IS possible for US citizens to legally work in Japan, in Australia, etc. but 'jumping through hoops' is required ( using an agency, advance filing for work visas etc. ).
