Travelling from Canada to USA to dance. (No visa/permit/green card)
I have recently joined the site making this my first post
I am currently living and working in Montreal Canada where things become a little slow during the winter. I am hoping to leave the city and possibly the country coming this September for a couple weeks before the slow season hits. I have been dancing for many years in some of the country's biggest clubs but now i am ready for a little taste of the U.S. I do not have a visa, permit or a green card and was wondering if anyone could suggest any good clean clubs where the pay out would be worth the travel.
Thanks,
Vv

There's essentially zero chance of finding a 'clean' club that is willing to violate the post 9/11 Patriot Act requirement that all workers must be citizens, have 'green cards', or a work visa that is specific to dancing. You may wind up being able to find some US clubs that are willing to let you work illegally, but such clubs typically have equal disregard for other US laws i.e. prostitution, drugs etc.
Also, if it's any consolation, the reverse situation is exactly the same for US dancers wishing to work in Canadian clubs.

Go to florida. Key west or west palm beach (Rachels hires lots of foreign girls). Avoid Miami.

I second Florida! I'm in Montreal as well and so many of the girls here go down there. I've also known a few dancers (from Wanda's, so they were super super clean) who went to New York and danced there without any trouble (one of them was actually Australian, so quite obviously foreign and she still got work somewhere). Granted this is all second hand info - ask around at your club, you'd be surprised how many MTL girls have gone down to the states to work. If nothing else, they can tell you where to avoid.
