Does it show up as an option when you are on Skype?
Ok, well the cams I have used w a Macbook Pro are the c615 and the C930e. Both sucked (got stuck on auto-focus) until I found the Logitech Webcam Setting app in the app store, its free. I don't know if it will help in your situation but its worth a try. However, Skype did recognize the cams before I had this download, so maybe the old disconnect, then reconnect and reload Skype will help?? I hope this makes sense, not being techy at all.
You have to manually go into the settings on skype and select it through the options. For WHATEVER reason, Logictech doesn't have software for Mac OS. You need to download the Webcam settings app. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/webc...33696630?mt=12 to take photos and stuff.
