Is this a reasonable price for body rub? Is it possible to upsell?
Hiiii I'm working at a body rub establishment in Ottawa. I operate out of a spa where they charge a door fee, I get to use the spa every day (hot tub, showers, laundry facilities, massage oil and beds etc.) for only $10.
My tips for performing a nude massage & body slide & HJ are $80/30min, $90/45min, and $100/60min.
Is this reasonable? I leave with anywhere between $200-400 a day. It's usually been $300 a day lately. Is there any way to upsell or should I stick with the prices of all the other girls at my spa?

That's pretty much the rates they charge at the erotic massage parlors in my city too. Some places it's even a flat price, $80 wether you are doing 30, 45 or 60 minutes.. It's preferable to stick to the prices of the establishment... Where I used to work, if management found out you are charging more than you are supposed to, you could get fired... Customers also visit other girls and they talk, if everybody charges different prices, the girls will complain, the customer will think you are trying to rip him off and not come back to see you.
Also in my experience, the receptionist greeting the customer in the front usually explains to him the rates, how much the entrance fee is and how much he has to pay the girl for the massage... It's difficult afterwards to tell him a different price, he might argue that it's not what the girl in the front told him... But you could always ask for a tip, say something like: it's $100 for an hour and if you really enjoy your massage, tips are always appreciated!

Ummm you could but that might not turn out well for you especially in a spa. If you're new with no reviews your best bet is just to pay your dues, build your rep & earn great reviews so you can branch out independently and charge what you want.

Working in a spa and up selling might be a little tricky because like one user pointed out if the spa finds out your up selling then they will fire you on the spot. The best thing to do if you want to upsell is to do it as an independent that way you can set your own rate and demand tips without running the risk of being fired and such. I do it all the time however I charge 120 per hour and 80 half.

Upselling is so tacky, and makes you look shady. I do body rubs in Seattle, and behavior like that will get you blasted on the local and national boards and ruin your reputation. If you want to do extras, then market yourself that way- outside of the spa, or only for clients your comfortable with. Many ladies offer sensual massage and escorting, at separate rates, even including hybrid sessions, (half massage half private time) But this is all done outside of your job, many of these places stay in contact with another, and you might end up blacklisted from other spas if you are caught upselling. Girls who were caught doing shady shit in the shared space I started in, were persona non grata just about everywhere after the fact. Not worth the risk IMO
Are prices really that low in Canada? I get $200 an hour here, and don't do half hours, ( less foot traffic) and I'm independent, and have been for awhile. Maybe consider traveling to the states?

Those are standard prices in most spas-outside of the door fee.Damn Seattle is sounding pretty good because 200hr for just a Bodyrub is kind of unheard of in Florida w/o extras.
