Down to 125lbs today- still about 10 more to go. Managed to log calories last week and do power yoga, an eight mile bike ride all uphill, and run. Started eating crappy on work days because cutting my calories was leaving me pretty low energy. Getting back on the horse in the morning.
How do you guys calculate calories burned during a workshift? I probably do at least five stage sets (1-2 song sets) at a freaking high intensity...so 20mins aerobic dance? Arhg 1,200kcal is not enough for a work day.
Bought two 42oz water bottles to keep in the fridge so I can make sure I'm drinking at least 10 cups of water a day. Poop's been super weird lately since my body is cleansing.
I'm a little worried about losing my butt...I make money because it's such a freak of nature situation with my waist almost 20" smaller.
