Damn all that progress! you go girl!
Just started Keto today as an experiment- it's a little difficult to finagle as a vegetarian but I'm having fun with it. Made a delicious crustless swiss, mushroom, and spinach quiche for breakfast and am doing something with alfredo for supper :)
Going to try working out after dark to avoid this fucking heat.
Also had a little victory; awesome sex in front of a full length hall mirror, buck naked, and didn't even feel negative about my body.
I've been struggling with my weight a lot recently. I currently weigh 136 and want to lose 10lbs like yesterday. I didn't weigh myself for over a year and the weight snuck up, bastard. Anyways, my goal is to eat clean for as long as i can. This will mean No sugar (except for alcohol) no crackers, chips, bread, etc., no fast or fried food.
so far today I've just had coffee since I just woke. Food for today will be hummus and veggies, salad, butternut squash soup. I will also hit the gym for cardio and a bit of weights.
I've been working out for the past three days. cardio and weights.
so far I've ate:
protein shake
I'm making salmon and brussel sprouts for lunch/dinner

Taken this week at the gym and work.
My body is getting smaller and tighter :) I haven't weighed myself but I can tell that eating healthy, not drinking, and working out is really helping!
I just started to go to the gym for the first time in months. I've been working out at home and haven't been seeing any results so I'm doing a good amount of weight training at the gym. I eat pretty clean. I want muscle definition in my arms and legs, hopefully my stomach too. All I usually do is yoga and a bit of running. I want to see what at least 6 weeks of hardcore working out gives me.

I weighed this morning at 133.5//my bf says my body is getting smaller and tighter. I can definitely tell a difference. I have cut out alcohol which has made it possible for me to work out everyday.

I have lost 10lbs as I did weigh in at 215lbs (woot woot). But I'm going to give that 21 day fix a try that I have been looking into for a few days since seeing the commercial. Only reason is because it is behind the Beachbody brand and I have the P90X2 already which kicked my ass LOL. I need something a bit .... umm....easier is the only word that comes to mind to start off. Along with the fact it comes with those portion control containers - that is something that could help me a lot!
Hopefully I will reach my goal of being 135-145 and that should make me happy. And make being a camgirl a bit easier for me as my weight does tend to get in the way and bother me a bit BUT I'm working on that confidence though especially with the awesome reactions I received first two times I got on cam. The compliment of "you are beautiful" will never get old.
I'd like to lose these last 10lbs of baby weight and tone up my booty and belly. I still have a little muffin top and my butt (the "moneymaker")has lost some of its firmness. I tried jogging for a while but it hurts my knees so bad and wasn't making a difference in my weight at all. Seriously, after a month of running every day I lost maybe 2lbs.. I think it'll come off on its own when I start doing pole work again. That has always been the most effective work out for me. I have my own pole but can't use it now since I live with my in laws :(

On another note, I'm also afraid of losing my boobies when I lose the weight LOL I want to keep being a D. Is it inevitable though that they strink?
Murphy's law of weight loss: the things you want to keep you lose. The things you want to get rid of you can. That's why I like my tits. They're fake and I won't lose them. Never mind your tits right now. You're going to lose them. Natural breasts are mostly fat so when you lose weight they go right along with the flab and jiggle. It's not the end of the world, trust me. Better to have a tight and toned body with smaller boobs that you can fix later if you want.
I want my stomach flat and not bloated and to stay flat, I get it flat then fuck it up by pigging out and drinking, if i give up the drink I think it will be much better.
Can't argue with that (not that I want to lol). I am really aiming for having a flat stomach within a year but it is going to forever be a struggle because Im that picky eating girl who doesn't eat her veggies. Hopefully I can just put those into a shake and be alright.
I'm tryin' to get serious about my ASS..it's terrible! Cellulite, ugh! I know some is inevitable, but my ass (the appearance of the skin not the size) looks like elaphant skin!:( I've been swimming lately & that's helping. I know the creams are just for topical appearance, but I think massage (with a good, kneading tool) & dry brushing are important.
I do want to tone my lower bod overall.
My arms are toned, & I really don't have to worry about weight loss.
I think I'm gonna get bigger tits instead of the same size, for my next redo. Probably a baby D cup. Nothing crazy. I'm a moderate C cup and ppl assume they're D cups. I'm 5ft tall and 95 lbs. I don't want it to over project my butt. I just want them wider. I'm thinking February it'll happen. :-)
Wear a size 4 once more...like when I was a freshman in college nine years ago. I'm now a 10 (down from a 14).
Despite I worse 6 (dress) or 8 (jeans) most of my life, I want to go down all the way to 4...even if I end up with a waif body.
You have a "pear" shape, your butt will stay. It'll be smaller, but it'll still look larger than your waist. A friend of mine has your same body type and it was the same with her.
Make your butt look better by doing lots of squats, deadlifts, and use machines like the leg press.
I'm back on the *Make Good Choices* wagon- have three days logged on MyFitnessPal to show it. Instead of a breakfast burrito the size of a baby I ordered scrambled eggs and veggies, instead of picking a 400 calorie package of ramen for lunch I went with black beans and green chile with cheese. Really digging the whole low carb/high fat thing- it helps me stay full and keep my calories in check. Speaking of calories I realized I was self sabotaging by trying to maintain 1,200kcal/day- when I really need about 1,400 not to feel faint and miserable and go into binge mode. Also made a commitment to stop spending all my hard earned cash on takeout.
I have to run that fucking 5k in two weeks- god help me. Want to be able to squat 175% of my body weight by my birthday, and bench press at least 100%. Need to drink more water.
