Bring balance into your life
So I've been dancing for over 7 years, and I balance being a single mum with work, school, my kiddo, and trying to be healthy. I practice yoga almost daily, eat healthy, do crossfit. My life was not always this way, I used to abuse my body with drugs and alcohol, sugar, coffee, junk food. A lot changed with the birth of my daughter, yet I was still not living a balanced life. I went to school and found my passion for Ayurveda, a centuries old healing system from India (I like to call it the sister science to yoga.) Ayurveda means the science of life, and the amount of wisdom I have taken from this and applied to my own life has been beyond uplifting. It has changed my life and my daughter's life in so many ways. I'm working on a pilot project to create a program for women in our industry. So if anyone is interested in signing up for an interview on evolving their yoga practice off the mat please email me. You don't need to be a yogi to be part of this. I'm just at the very early stages of figuring out who would want to join me on this journey. I want to share these gifts of knowledge to help women find balance and fall in love with life. :)
